Nice place

I enjoyed it. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to go. If i have to give a complaint, it would be i wished the beds were slightly softer and, more wash towels. There were nearly enough and since it was a private company that owns them, the front desk cant give you any. Overall, great experience! I would stay there again.

We loved being here in Orlando but the room WASNT AT ALL WHAT WE EXPECTED! House was not like pictured. Pool WATER WAS SOOO GROSS AND MY DAUGHTER CUT HER FOOT ON HOT TUBE FLOOR WHICH WAS GROSS TOO

Less than ideal

Hi!! Only criticism may not be bug firveone but it huge for us. Booked for 4 days for my son’s state championship swim meet. We always book suites so he can eat healthy , ie we cook our own food . Could not use skillet because we discovered 3 minutes into making a steak on night one, the fan just blows the smoke around. Even though there was very little, the smoke alarm went off for a full 10 minutes even with doors opened and fanning the detector. So cooking there was not possible, so not a suite. Also only one functioning shower and I booked that specific one because it had two. Career stay here again which is a shame because it was clean and in a great location.

Cozy clean unit

Great location to the parks and dining! Clean unit and looks just like pictures. We had 3 adults and there’s really only room for casual seating for 2. Nice to have balcony to sit out on, too. If you plan to be gone all day at the theme parks this place is great. Showers had nice water pressure and extra towels were provided. There were also beach towels to use for the pools. Beds could have better more comfortable.

I’m not a picky sleeper but these beds and pillows are awful

We did not have a great experience in this rental. The spaces are all quite small. The pillows are SO THIN, a joke to call them pillows. The mattress are also incredibly firm. We had a lot of issues with the wifi loading anything from videos to just a website on a mobile device. We also felt the AC did not cool the bedrooms well. The location is decent for Universal but that’s the best thing about it.

Modern, clean, eight minutes from Universal

The apartment was a tad on the small size, but was very clean and well equipped with modern amenities and furniture. The shared living area was quite small, but the location was very close to and convenient for visiting Universal Studios.

Cozy and convenient

In general, we enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios which was great!! Our only complaints: (1) Internet speed was absolutely horrible - worse than dial. up. When I tried to get support, I was told to reboot the router, which did not make a difference. A speedtest showed 1 MB/s. (2) The gym was horrible - tiny room, no airflow, and the treadmill wasn't even working.

Perfect Location

Loved this property for our recent business trip. Everything was very clean and ready for our arrival. Communications was perfect. Only issues was we had to pay the front desk to have a package shipped next day to us. Also, no ice our coffee or condiments were available for us.

Nice space a few minor things would make it a great space

The condo is nice, cute space. Very close to almost everything you would want to do around Disney or the Orange Co Convention Center. A few little things that would help elevate the property. There is a large sign on the wall when you walk into the condo saying the air cannot be set below 72. It would not even get to 72 for us. This wasn't a deal breaker but in the heat of summer it may have been. The check-in process was a tiny annoyance. We arrived very late at night, and it was difficult to determine which of the condo complexes was the one we booked. The building is called the Enclave, although none of the booking information made refence to that name. You must enter the tower via a key card at the sliding glass door. We did not know you had to check -in to the property like a hotel to get the key card. (Nothing mentioned this in our booking or check-in messages) Thankfully someone walked in at the same time as us and we were able to get into the tower with them as we did not have a key card that would let us into the complex. The air and the check-in process were minor things we would book this place again. The property itself is nice, clean, safe (although the walls are rather thin) walkable to restaurants, has most everything you would need as if you were at your own home.

Great location and property!

This property was perfect for my family of four’s stay in Orlando. It is conveniently located for Universal Studios being only about a 5-10 minute ride away. Everything inside of the apartment was as it appeared on the website. It was nice having a full size refrigerator, air fryer in the microwave and small burners to do some light cooking in the apartment. There were lots of great restaurants within a short walk and even more within a short drive. Great shopping near by too!

Perfect location

The location of this place was perfect! Spent the day at Icon Park, was able to walk there and back with no problem. Plenty of restaurants around. Kind of disappointed in the stove top not working. We purchased food expecting to be able to make breakfast before heading to the parks, but the unit was not working and the contact was kind of slow responding. Left the food in the fridge, hopefully the cleaners were able to use it. A few things could be updated, the shower was not the best and the floors were dirty. We didn’t use the pool or anything so I can’t help with that but overall we had a good time and a safe place to sleep at night.
