Beautiful Home!!

An amazing property! Great communication with the property manager and owner. The kitchen is beautifully equipped and the owner has thoughtfully supplied spices and other conveniences. The location is wonderful with quite a few good restaurants in close proximity. Don’t miss the hot tub and pool at the Apex clubhouse (quick walk up the sidewalk.) We’ll be returning!

Fantastic Property, Manager & Owner

This townhome is AMAZING. Well appointed, spacious, super bright and airy, elegantly modern, with great ski access, and comfortable! It did not disappoint. Rebecca, the property manager, was amazing, informative, super communicative, easy to reach, and fast to respond. She even provides a whole booklet of info covering anything you may be interested in from grocery delivery, to massage, ski rental, bike rental, etc. Bob, the owner, was so kind, responsive, and also informative. They really want to take care of your total experience! You could not ask for a better team or place to stay for your visit to the Park City/Canyons area. I would recommend this unit and team over and over again. Our group consisted of 2 families of 4, and this unit was perfectly sized for the 8 of us. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This property is even better in person!!! It’s is beautifully decorated, and very spacious for a large group. Rebecca the property manager is great to work with and made sure everything was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back in the winter!!

Beautiful home with ski in / ski out

A beautiful home overlooking Canyons Village and the ski base. While others were schlepping their skis/boots from their condos/hotel rooms, we could ski right out our door to the lift. Same for skiing in. Everything else was great about the place. We were blown away by the magnificent views from every room and the personal touch from the property manager (Rebecca). She arranged ski rentals and grocery delivery for a no hassle experience. Loved our stay!!

Beautiful home right on the mountain!

We got there before everything closed down so it was a bummer to learn it was a ski vacation without skiing. But this is a review of the accommodations so I’ll focus on that. We couldn’t believe this is a rental. It is drop dead beautiful with high end appliances, furniture, linens, and accessories. We had some questions about the place and the property manager and owner were super quick to help. Had the skiing been open, it would have been super easier to jump on and off the slopes from the home. We also liked the fact that we were provided plenty of food staples so we could home cook without having to buy lots of staples that we would never have used completely. So while we were unable to ski, we thoroughly enjoyed family time around this wonderful home. You’ll love this home!

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and very organized. We appreciated the thoughtful items around the home that made our stay even better - board games, every kitchen appliance possible, throws for around the fireplace, face wipes in the bathroom. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave! A ski lift is just out the front door. We also loved the clubhouse with its amenities. We really enjoyed ourselves and say a huge Thank You!

Wow. I didn't know Canyons had SUCH NICE homes available!

Wow. It had been a few years since I've been to the Canyons Park City and so much has changed for the MUCH BETTER. The Village is vibrant with shops, bars, and restaurants. Very cool. Plus, I personally think the skiing and terrain is much better here than in the Park City area. Best of all, this home is above the Canyons Village (a 5 minute walk at most) and the lifts (so yes, it is all ski in-ski out) with spectacular views of the Village, slopes and surrounding mountains. And although the Village has lots to do, we spent most of our evenings hanging around the home. The reason? The home is brand new, luxurious, beautifully designed and outfitted with everything you need including appliances, small appliances, grill, fireplaces, blenders, panini maker, waffle iron, etc. We really were blown away at the quality of this place. We just didn't expect to find such an amazing place as a rental. While it is not cheap, it was well worth it. If you're thinking a 2-3 bedroom condo in the Village with cheap stuff, you've got it all wrong. This is top of the line living with spacious rooms and living areas. We're still talking about this place and going back again. It even includes a private 2-car garage which made it super convenient when we wanted to drive into Park City. No hassles finding a place to park! Plus, unloading and loading our luggage and skis was great. I guess you can tell we are extremely happy with our choice. Everyone is our group is of the same opinion. This is a great place that will exceed any expectation you have.

Awesome and spectacular home!!!

We had a great vacation in this spectacular home. We’ve never had ski-in/ski-out so easy. I mean the ski trail is literally right out the door. The home is above the Red Pine gondola with views of the ski mountain and awesome views looking out on the Unitas Mountains. It’s brand new with top end appliances and all the things you’d expect in a high end home. All top end linens and towels too! Rebecca (prop Mgr) made the whole process easy. She made sure everything was perfect. Definitely coming back again!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was well appointed. It was very cold out and the bedrooms on what I guess is the north side (same side as the front door) stayed quite cold even with the heat up and bedroom doors open. Otherwise, very enjoyable vacation.

An absolutely stunning home in an ideal location

We used the home as a getaway for outdoor activities before the ski season arrived. We were not disappointed. The home is above the Canyons Village and overlooks the Unitas Mountains and the Park City slopes. Magnificent views! As for the home, it is super clean, modern and spacious. All the appliances, furniture and furnishings are the highest level. The property manager (Rebecca) met us at the home to ensure everything was good. She also left us with tips on using the amenities in the house and suggestions for outdoor activities. Her attention to details and understanding what it means to really enjoy a high end rental was phenomenal. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to rent it when the ski season opens. It is located literally 10’ from a ski trail that takes you to the Red Pine Gondola and the Village. So, truly ski-in and ski-out. Super pleased!

Perfect Place, Can’t wait to come back

This place was beautiful. I feel lucky to have stayed in this brand new 4 bedroom unit at APEX. I think what sets this one apart from the other units are the high quality furnishings and the property management. Rebecca and Marissa were terrific to work with and the check in process was smooth. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything is extremely high quality and so beautiful. The club house can be accessed by walking through the parking garage which will be nice in winter months, or out the front door on the sidewalks infront of the townhomes. The welcome packet provided helped us to know about local restaurants, shopping and everything we needed to plan our trip. They had everything we needed from dishes, nice linens and 2 sets of washing machines. Coming back to Ski this winter for sure.

My family and I spend a significant part of the year in Park City tearing up the snow and hiking/biking the trails in the summer and fall. Like most people who move to Park City, we came for the skiing and stayed because of the 4 seasons it offers. When we're not there, we like to have guests enjoy what we love about the area. But, we are selective in who stays because it is our home and we take incredibly good care of it. We love to share it with those who respect for a host's home.
