Excellent

Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Right near all the restaurants etc. Whole Foods close by. Hiking. Etc. 40 min drive to Red Rocks for show we attended. Had a few questions for the hose who got right back to us. I’d stay here again

Good location, communication with host was horrific

My family of four stayed at this property two weeks ago. Everything was as pictured and looked clean. The upstairs loft was boiling no matter if every ac unit was on full blast or not. Never cooled down. There was a stain on the fitted sheet in the bedroom I discovered when it was time to sleep. I put a clean sheet over it and went to bed. I wasn’t going to complain because I am not high maintenance. Checked out the next day and the host messaged me with a picture of the stain and a request for $69 for new sheets. I explained the stain was already there and she basically called me a liar and said it was not. There is no possible way I was paying for new sheets for a stain that I didn’t cause. I have never before had any incident at a rental and had someone say I was lying. Stay at this property if you want a giant hassle with an unhinged host

Easy Boulder Stay

Property was as described. Everything you could need for a weekend away. Close enough to walk to the main area of Pearl street but allowed for some peace and quiet too.

By far the cleanest Vrbo home we have stayed in. Easy check in, great communication with the host. Would recommend highly for anyone visiting Boulder

Very Well Maintained

Beautiful yet cozy space. We weren’t able to take advantage of all the amenities because we were there only one day and didn’t cook our meals there. However it’s an incredible option for people who want to host and cook. The modern toilet was cool but a bit confusing. Requiring us to take out our own garbage and do a lot of our own cleaning was a different experience for me but this is also my first time at a VRBO so I am not sure if it is common so if you are not used to that keep that in mind. Hosts were very friendly and very accommodating.

Visiting CU Boulder campus

Beautiful unit in a great location for a campus visit. We walked to stores and restaurants. Unit feels completely new, pristinely clean, well stocked. The only issue we had was no AC in the loft and the fans just couldn’t cool it down. Granted it was over 90 degrees the days we were there. Kids ended up sleeping on the huge sofa with the ottoman so worked out ok but I wasn’t aware of the no AC in loft. Could be an issue during summer if kids/others needed privacy.

Really nice place

This was a pretty place, very modern with smart appliances. Had a small issue with one item which was fixed immediately Very responsive. Great location to walk to things on Pearl street. Easy parking.
