Sun loungers if you'd like to soak up some sun or you can take advantage by laying back, star- gaze with your favorite glass of wine. If you're looking for another outstanding view of the lake, there's a balcony attached to the master bedroom. You can spend hours relaxing on the balcony and just completely awe-struck. Not only does this extravagant master bedroom have an attached balcony, there's a large updated chic en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, Smart TV, king sized mattress and stylish decor through out the bedroom. Upstairs there's a second additional spacious living room for you to be able to kick back and relax! You'll also notice upstair in the fourth bedroom, this room has two bunk beds, each mattress is a full, which means you can sleep 4 or more in this room. Guests have full access to the 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath home with attached garage and the newly built spool

Welcome to the perstigious Terra Lago gated community. Safety is our number one priority with that being said, there's security guards that are on patrol 24/7. Desirable Terra Lago Golf Course is just a short walk away. Home is located on a 20 acre breathtaking lake. Nearby is a family park for your kids.

Cars are recommend for transportation. Guests have full access to the 2 car driveway and 2 car garage. Overnight street parking is not allowed, doing so may result in a fine or tow from HOA.

Uber/Lyfts are welcomed for transportation.

HOA does not allow guests access to the lake. This includes fishing, swimming or water sports.

Pool/Spa are a Spool. It operates as a pool by day and jacuzzi at night. They’re not separate

Pool maintenance is on Monday and Fridays

Trash is collected every Tuesday.

Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8am. Guests will receive any noise citations occurred during their stay if quiet times are violated.
