Close to the beach

The owners were wonderful!! The best part for us in that we were close to the beach ❤️. Only thing I would suggest is some storage containers.

Really cute place, close to beach and nice area. Only downside was the mattress was very uncomfortable & had a huge dip in the middle, so I didn’t sleep at all for the two nights we stayed & my back was sore.

Nice

Very nice property and clean for a budget rental that won’t break the bank. Kitchen is small and stock with bare necessities. We used this property as a dropping point until our rental was ready later in the day. It’s across the street from the beach which was nice. If your looking for a cheap and quick getaway this place will do.

Nice location close by the beach!

Overall nice clean place as describe! Worth the asking price and very close to the beach. Honestly no complaints although the shower area could be updated or renovated but that’s just a opinion. Would definitely come back! The bed is also softer mattress compare to my extra firm mattress at home for all the people that prefer hard top or extra firm beds to sleep on.

Relax Mode

The property was exactly as it was presented in the pictures. Clean everywhere, extra towels and bedding/pillows, cookware and basic necessities, which was all very convenient! There’s a Publix nearby and beach access right across the street. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella was clutch! Especially when you’re traveling from out state and can’t bring those things so easily on a plane. Host was very responsive and accommodating! After a busy week of work in Tampa, this was a perfect getaway/bonus days!

Retro Charm

Location is great with a cool retro vibe. Very clean. Minor issues - a broken screen door with a latch that didn’t work; and it was hard to figure out the television. A little more info on how to work the tv would’ve been great. For a small space, it was really nice and bright. The updated kitchenette and bathroom were very nice. Overall, a good value for the price and the location. It’s also pet- friendly which is a huge plus.

The location is excellent. It's an easy walk to some nice local joints. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The unit is tiny. It's smaller than a hotel room, but has all the essentials you will need. The kitchen is tiny, but has everything you need. The shower is 3ft by 3ft. Bottom line...this unit is half the price of alot of the units nearby, but it is very small. Coordination and communication was excellent.

Cheap motel stay overpriced!!!

For 247$ per night I would compare it to a cheap motel stay. Dirty far from clean with sticky floors and loud neighbors can hear through the walls. No privacy and for the price a hotel is better. Out of state host difficult to contact but location is great close to beach oh and bed sounds like it is going to fall apart.

Old & Minimally Maintained

This studio was barely ok for a short stay. It was not very clean, the ancient windows were cracked, barely worked, and filthy, the bed was toooo soft, too much light streamed in at night, and the whole place reflected that it was maintained just enough to get renters. But they did update the little kitchen space and the shower, and it is in a nice, quiet spot one street off the beach (although not in central IRB as advertised). We had a question and the manager did get back with us quickly. We give the place 2 stars because it was disappointing; you can find something better for your money.

Mostly a good experience, except for...

My wife, daughter, and I were looking to get to a beach not far from a major airport, and Indian Rocks Beach was a good choice. The property where we stayed was close to the beach (3-4 minute walk), and was pretty clean. The listing states that it sleeps three, but really it should state that it only sleeps 2, since the third sleeping area is a futon that is hard as a rock and really hard to sleep on. The property company states that there are beach chairs and umbrellas available, but we did not see them on our first day and it was quite a process to get some available... In fact, the property company had to go out and buy new ones because of our inquiry as to where they were. The property management company could work on better and easier ways for tenants to get in touch with them. In summary, good location with just a few fixable hiccups.

A great location!! A couple of minute walk to the beach!! This property is older beach style, very cute! Had everything we needed & even chairs, cooler & umbrella for use at the beach. My sister & I did a sisters beach trip & couldn’t have asked for more!!

Indian rocks beach vrbo

It was convenient for where we needed to be! We stayed in unit #6 and it was fine for us Enough room for 2 adults. If you have a group going? Each couple can rent there own unit & still be together I believe #1 is a big unit as well for larger group or family. Definitely the right price!

The property was very out of date, towels, sheet, bed were so old & worn. The bathroom shower was horrible, you could barely fit n there. It’s a shame that Expedia and Verbo both have this place on their website.
