Unikt penthouse hörn i en liten 6 enhet privat komplex på Indian Rocks Beach. Vår 1200 SF, 2 sovrum, 2 bad enhet ger dig gott om utrymme att sprida ut. Enheten är fullt möblerad för att möta dina behov. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och eget badrum med 2 handfat. Det andra sovrummet är inrett med två enkelsängar. Båda sovrummen har egen TV. Köket är fullt utrustat för att njuta av en natt i och har totalrenoverats med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. Båda badrummen har nya skåp och granit toppar också. Chill out och titta på TV på 50-tums platta eller pop din favoritfilm i DVD-spelaren. På kvällen kan du koppla av på balkongen och njuta av viken och fantastiska solnedgångar. Andra möbler inkluderar en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare och en garderob med strandstolar och leksaker.

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Beach!

We enjoyed our week at the Whalen's condo so much! We cannot say enough about our positive experience. The location was perfect: a nice view of the beach from the side patio, no busy roads to cross to access the beach, and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and ice cream. The condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable and provided all of the basic amenities we needed. The building and neighbors were quiet. Check-in and communication with the host were quick and easy. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area and we hope to return again in the future!

Great condo and wonderful beach!

We enjoyed our week so much! Beach is so close. Condo was great-quiet building. We walked to dinner several times. Very good location. Very comfortable condo with great views of gulf and the street side-we enjoyed it all.

Great place

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had no issues at all with the stay. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we were told that the building didn't allow grills. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Beach Vacation

Property is exactly as listed and shown in the pictures! Very short walk to the beach (do not need to cross any roads! Host was quick to respond to a question. Also is a short walk to many restaurants/coffee places! Would definitely return.

Two year old approved!

All the little things were included…sugar, vanilla, spices..This made our stay even better!! When you pack for the beach you have so much stuff and you get to your condo and a cooler, towels, and even games are included! Thank you for a great week! My two year old grandson loved his first beach week!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s condo. There was plenty of room for all four adults. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when everyone wanted showers at the end of a beach day! The beach chairs, towels and coolers were a big plus! Only steps to the beach, there is no crossing busy roads! Walking distance to many restaurant's. We would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We loved Debbie's place. It was so clean and close to everything. We walked the beach every morning and afternoon. We walked to dinner a few times. We drove to many cities close by. Had a great time.

Sun, sand, and Gulf breezes

Another relaxing visit to Indian Rocks Beach! We have spent February in this area for several years… each year in this same lovely condo with all the amenities of home. Debbie is wonderful to work with and the condo is located in a perfect spot with the beach just footsteps away. It is located within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Everything you could ask for to make your stay memorable.

It is very peaceful here. The neighbors are very quiet. The place is always nice and clean. I would come back again if there wasn’t a Saturday checkout.

Glorious February on The Beach

We have stayed at the condo each February for nine years and love it almost more each year. The condo is just a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and a short drive to about any activity you could want. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need for a carefree holiday. The owner, Debbie, is absolutely wonderful to work with and responds to any questions very quickly. For sure, we will be back!

Indian Ricks Beach - great location!!

The condo was perfect! Just like the pictures very clean and up to date with everything. Beach was just a couple of steps away and it was awesome! The sunsets were great she had nice beach chairs available so it was easy to sit at the beach. Debbie had everything you would need and it was all well taken care. We had no issues and loved it definitely would go back and would highly recommend this condo. Lastly communication with Debbie was easy I did give her my cell and she texted me which was nice. Thank you Debbie!!

Great place to stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the Master bathroom was very spacious. Pity I couldn’t say the same for the kitchen area, the Fridge dishwasher and sink were so close together it was annoying if two people were trying to prepare food get drinks etc at the same time. Having said that we would still rebook it for that area. We had a great time and are already planning a return trip for May.

Relaxing family vacation
