The home is located on 50+ acres of rolling fields and forest with trails all around. The property is adjacent to the North Harmony State Forest offering miles of trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. PFM Ventures started in 2019, born from love and conceived during an event at The Heron next door called The Great Rhythm Revival (GRR). This house and it’s 63 acres of land had come up for sale, and a large group of like-minded individuals banded together and made the purchase possible. Many of the 47 investors had different ideas of what the house and property could become, but we all had, and continue to have, an intention of greater good and building community.
During the GRR event, the event director had a mantra…...Pure F***-ing Magic! That’s how PFM Ventures got its name, because this place is just that!!!

The Heron Farm & Event Center is considered our “sister” property. Although we work in synergy, access to the events and property are not included in the cost of your rental. Feel free to stop over via the Main entrance down the road, call or check the website for all details about weekend events and farm store offerings!
