A beautiful house with amazing view. Perfect for woman’s retreat. Private driveway, Beds were comfy and plenty of space so that everyone could relax and not feel crowded for the amount of people we had. The host was extremely kind and I went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would visit again:)

We had 7 adults and 2 babies, the property had everything we needed. 2bathrooms were brand new and beautifully remodeled, ,the screened porch was great to sit outside and enjoy the ocean view.The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The house was built in 1800s so the crooked floors and narrow stairways added character to the home.

We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house has a very cozy and comfortable feeling. Sitting on the front porch with our coffees in the morning watching the sunrise was terrific. My only suuggestion is that the kitchen could use a new refrigerator. Thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay.

The property is in a stunningly beautiful location in an area we were already very familiar with. There were ample amenities and the extra parking was a plus in the long driveway. The large downstairs with two living rooms and dining rooms makes it a lovely place to entertain visiting family. The kitchen was small but still had everything we needed. We had a little trouble entering the property but the specific instructions did eventually led us to figuring it out. But the main keypad needs to be repaired. I’m

The house is really cool, historic and atmospheric. However, be forewarned that there is no half bath downstairs. It’s a water closet right off the kitchen with no sink and no way to even lock the door. We had to rig up a locking mechanism so we could use it. If you have older people in your group, know that the real bathrooms (very nice and newly renovated) are upstairs but those stairs are very steep.Also, there were a lot of bugs (flies and mosquitoes) in the house due to old, inadequate sealing and screens. We enjoyed our stay but it was not what we expected.

We had a great stay. We were visiting family in the area so this was a perfect spot for us to book. Directions to the home, parking and how to enter the house was clear. Plenty of room for my family to spread out. Perfect table to play cards. We loved waking up with a view of the ocean - even in the winter it was beautiful.

Enchanting

The location and the grounds are perfect and with the house created a beautiful background for a family weekend. The kids and teens loved the gardens, ponds and spaces to play.

We had a wonderful stay here in 2024. There were several nice improvements since then. The place combines incredible ocean side beauty with walking distance access to some good restaurants. Owners are always easy to deal with. We had a nice chat with Kevin (property maintainer) who told us about the history and the cupola.

Excellent Stay

We celebrated "Grammy's" birthday with our children, spouses and grand-kids and all was perfect. The Family room was a perfect place to interact with the family, especially grand-kids. TY for having us!

Brant rock on the watwr

Great location and super property. Enjoyed it very much, just found the main bath a bit of an odd configuration but overall would highly recommend it.
