Wonderful vacation home

The house was everything you could want in a vacation home: great location, plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds and enough rooms for everyone to be happy.

Family wedding

At the last minute we had to scramble and find a house for a big family wedding. The hosts could be have been more helpful. This house was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would absolutely rent this home again.

Perfect seaside retreat

My family and I were attending a wedding at a nearby camp and we needed a big house to accommodate everyone. This house was immaculate with a fully outfitted kitchen and plenty of space for a group to be together and to find some space. Bathrooms fully updated and large bedrooms with room for portable cribs for little ones. Steps from a beautiful beach as well! The owner, Janita was a dream to work with.

Great Location, Communication, and Views

The house was large and well-appointed. Beds were super comfy. Lots of space to spread out. House was easy to find, close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Host was quick to text or email back. I would love to stay here during the summer!

Perfect

The pictures don’t even do it justice. This home is so beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed and then some. Great communication with owner. Fun outside space too. Walking distance to restaurants etc but between the beach steps away and the comfort inside the house we didn’t even go anywhere else. Hope to stay again!

Beautiful large home a few steps from the beach

Wonderful place in a nice town with great restaurants very nearby. Very large home with everything you need to cook with a very large dining table with ocean views. The 3 full baths and 5 bedrooms, 3 which have king & queen beds were nice for 3 couples and each had our own bathroom with showers. Juanita is a wonderful host, very easy to reach, if needed. The family room has a big sectional and bar with Wi-Fi and lots of TV choices. Tons of room to roam and the beach is beautiful, even in October!

Perfect location....

We are 6 longtime friends who met many years ago in Boston. We reunion twice a year going back some 20+ years. This was a perfect location for our reunion this time to the place where it all began. Plenty of room, close to ocean and Boston proper, and wide open to relax, cook, play cards, watch TV and share together. Perfect for a family or groups of friends. Janita our host was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with online. Highly recommend for a trip to the Boston area.

Fantastic week!!

Everything was perfect! Plenty of room for parking which is rare in that area. Huge side yard, again rare. House was well kept, everything worked. Had an issue with a toilet that was resolved immediately. Communication was great and our week was full of sunshine, laughter and smiles. Couldn’t be happier. 10/10

Perfect family venue

The house was a perfect fit for our big family. Lots of room to spread out and so close to the wonderful beach. I'd highly recommend this house for large families that want a great beach just steps outside the door.

Lovely Gathering Place

This house was a fantastic spot for our large family to gather. There was plenty to do in and around the house and everything was laid out for an easy check-in and check-out. It's easy to feel at home here. Janita was very accommodating when we made the reservation on short notice and always responsive during our stay. The grill and fire pit out back was a special treat.

Great Space

We were seven adults in town for a wedding! Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms were enough to accommodate us with no issues. Love the house, and the community and there's nothing as welcoming as a sunbathed beach right out your door. Janita was there for all our needs and we hope to visit again!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway!

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway near Boston this Thanksgiving to accommodate our 2 children who are attending schools out there. Sea La Vie was the perfect choice for a restful family Thanksgiving holiday. The home is well-appointed, and we were able to cook all our family favorites all together in the very spacious kitchen. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful ocean view while enjoying our dinner, and a tranquil walk on the beach afterwards. Janita was the perfect hostess, and communication with her was a breeze! She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We were able to return our kids to their Boston apartments rested, well-fed and ready for finals week! We hope to return next year and make this a new Thanksgiving tradition while our kids are in Boston!

Perfect Family home

My family of ten (7 adults and 3 children) enjoyed our stay in this house. The kitchen is well equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, and ample seating for a crowd. The bedrooms, all upstairs, are comfortable and were a perfect layout for our group. The den is very large and provides a good place for varies activities. The beach is just a few steps from the house. Marshfield has numerous restaurants and shopping areas. All of us agreed that this was a perfect vacation home.

Perfect place for family to gather!

Very spacious home with plenty of different places to hang out. While we were in town for a family funeral, staying here made for a calm and quiet place to regroup and rest. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking! The beach walks were particularly helpful for all of us! We didn't get to make use of the fire pit out back because it rained but that is another feature we would have used for sure.

Great house, great location!

This was a rental planned for a family wedding the accommodations excellent

Having rented numerous locations through VERBO to date this was the perfect transaction. The owner was exceptional to work with. Could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house itself was fantastic!! Clean, well appointed and well maintained. Location just steps to the shore and short driver to local shopping. Easy drive to Boston or the Cape. Quality furnishings and mattresses and well equipped kitchen. Priority on the kitchen due to a wedding cake "Production" had to be accomplished. HIGHLY Recommended 5 Stars Nancy H.P.

House is located on a double lot, enough space to have lots of outdoor activities. During summer time a sandy volley ball net is added to the lot. Please bring your own volley ball. Please play at own risk, would suggest sneakers in case of any glass or sharp object that could have been left from previous renters or random pieces flying from the streets and so forth.
