Obefläckat strandhus i önskvärd Green Harbor, direkt på Duxbury Beach (största och bästa stranden på South Shore). Så nära havet tror du att du är på en båt! Somnar till bränningen. Vakna upp till soluppgången över havet. Njut av morgonkaffe på däck och ta en lång promenad på stranden. Njut av solnedgången i den vackert anlagda trädgården. Fullt hus med alla bekvämligheter, stora havsdäck och uteplats. Din privata reträtt, nära Boston och Cape Cod, men bort från allt ...

På övervåningen: Tre sovrum med direkt havsutsikt. Lyxig master svit med queen size-säng, privat badrum (dubbla handfat, antik badkar med klo-fot, två-höjd dusch) och klädkammare. Andra sovrum med dubbelsäng, tredje sovrum med två dubbelsängar. Andra och tredje sovrummen delar ett komplett badrum med utsikt över trädgården och myrarna bortom.

Nedervåningen: Rymligt vardagsrum med slutfönster med utsikt över havet, mysig gas spis, bekväma soffor, storskärms-TV med deluxe kabelpaket och en alkov med en gungstol och fönster mot en professionellt anlagd trädgård. Fullt kök med moderna apparater som kompletterar den ursprungliga antika diskbänken, plus tvättmaskin och torktumlare med stor kapacitet. Matsal med havsutsikt. En häll utanför vardagsrummet fungerar som en studie / kontor, och ger ytterligare sovplats med en rulla säng (som öppnas i två dubbelsängar).

Utanför: stort lindande havsdäck och uteplats. Privata trappor till stranden (under säsong). Året runt offentliga trappor en dörr ner, offentliga båtramp tre dörrar ner. Yrkesmässigt anlagda inhägnad trädgård med asfalterad gångväg, utomhusduschutrymme och ett skjul med utemöbler och strandleksaker.

Stor stenlagd uppfart med plats för 6 fordon.

Beläget i ett familjevänligt bostadsområde med året runt invånare på båda sidor.

Bara en kort promenad från huset:
- Green Harbour hummerpund - köp levande eller ångade hela hummer, läckra hummerrullar och stekt skaldjur, pommes frites och lökringar.
- "Genny" - en gammaldags grannbutik med öre godis, glass behandlar, deli, matvaror och öl / vin / sprit.

Bara en kort bilresa till restaurangerna och butikerna i Brant Rock och stormarknaden och butikerna på Webster Plaza.

Great Beach House

We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is well-maintained and right on the beach. We were there in the off season but enjoyed the peace and the long walks along the beach and into the neighboring Duxbury area. Easy drive from Boston and close to the Plymouth historic areas. Looking forward to seeing it in-season!

Amazing location and wonderful stay

Everything was as advertised. The location was fantastic. Really close to everything you need. My friends and i were comfortable and loved the roar of the ocean and even a daily sighting of a seal.

Lovely beach house

We were looking for a comfortable beach house to gather with our 3 adult children and my mother for Thanksgiving. This lovely beach home was perfect. It was a short drive to Plymouth. The expansive view and sounds of the ocean made the house extra cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners were very communicative and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location!

We really enjoyed the beach house. It had plenty of room and beautiful views. Great restaurants in the area and it’s in a nice little beach community. House has everything you might need. Only thing we wished it had was a kayak or a stand up paddle board to take out on the water. Loved the house and would definitely come back again. It’s professionally cleaned and you can tell!

Awesome cottage on the sea wall.

We loved this place! Right on the sea wall. It was awesome just hanging out on the deck. Very short walk to a beautiful sandy, uncrowded beach. (The beach goes away at high tide, which is typical for the south shore in MA.) The house is bright, well decorated/updated, and is very roomy. In a nice quiet upscale neighborhood.

Northeast Road Adventure

We are on a 25 day road adventure from Missouri. The location was incredible and the home is stunning! Easy drive to Boston to walk the Freedom Trail. We also spent a day at the Plimoth Village. Damian and Cathy were quick to respond to and questions and had some great restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave!!! Views are breathtaking!!

We loved the location of this property. When we had an issue,(that we created!) it was handled very quickly. Beautiful view, hated it was too cold and wet for us to sit on deck and enjoy the waves.

34 Bay Ave great spot!

We’ve spent some time each summer at nearby Humarock beach for years, and have opinions about beach cottages as a result of that experience. 34 Bay Ave, Marshfield is by far the most comfortable home we’ve visited, or stayed in, in the area. Gracious and helpful (offsite) hosts, plenty of space to relax and to work. We greatly enjoyed this wonderful space. Everything you need is there. The beach was less swimmable at that location due to tides, abundant seaweed, and sea wall, but only if that matters to you. It didn’t hinder our wonderfully refreshing time in this well-kept and lovely seaside home. Thank you!

Waterfront Green Harbor Home Delights

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented this home on the sea wall in Green Harbor. It is immaculate and well-appointed. The sound of the ocean is mesmerizing and we find ourselves more relaxed within a day of arriving. The major attractions there for us are experiencing the weather, good or bad, both are enjoyable, and having everything we need to cook meals and invite family for an afternoon of hanging on the back deck on the weekend. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and we appreciate and respect that. We sleep well at Green Harbor and find ourselves greatly revived and energized by the salt spray by the time we head home. We hope to go back next year, and highly recommend this location. Be assured: the owners are truly responsive if any questions arise before or during your stay.

Excellent location

Can't beat the location right on Green Harbor Beach. Large deck and patio with tons of tables and seating. Large gas grill. Private stairs direct to the beach. Parking is fantastic, good for 6-8 cars. There are 3 very large bedrooms on the second floor. They all have windows overlooking the ocean. Master has large closet and spacious bath. Kitchen is serviceable - fridge is old as well as stove. Crowded due to washer/dryer - but you need them. Living area is large with lots of seating, TV and a gas fireplace. We had a great time watching the fireworks 7/3 from the deck, perfect. On 7/4 you could see P Town and Plymouth fireworks. Can't say enough about location.

JUST PERFECT!!

Though Marshfield was a home during our younger years, it's easy to be bias. However, this home is a gem. Immaculately clean and the instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. Damian, the host, was immediately attentive to our needs and he followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. From the time of making the reservations to leaving the home, Damian and Cathy were professional and friendly. In the home, we took advantage of the fireplace which made the house feel warm, comfy and homelike. The living room was our hang out spot during the evening. The Star Market grocery store is approximately nine minutes away and it has all the necessities including organic items that you need. We walked on the beach every day. High tide was captivating to watch when it struck the seawall. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful to walk around. Haddad's restaurant offers terrific seafood with great service. There is music on Saturday's. Boston was about a 35-minute drive and during the times we drove, the traffic was easy to navigate through. Recommend visiting Eataly. It is an Italian grocery store and restaurant with a large variety of food from Italy. Lots of cheeses and meats to choose from. We recommend enjoying a stay at this Nantucket oceanfront home.

Family Holiday

We spent the week of Thanksgiving and the house had all of the amenities a family of 4 required. Centrally located for trips to Cape Cod, Plymouth and Boston. A wonderful beach to walk on each day and quiet neighborhood. We hope to return again!

Wonderful House and Location

We just came home from 10 days of relaxing, watching the surf, listening to the waves crashing right below the deck, and seeing a great variety of fishing and pleasure boats going out from and in to Green Harbor. We were very pleased to find the kitchen so well equipped. The detailed notes provided by the owners answered every question we might have had during our stay. If we ever decide to vacation in the area again, we hope this house will be available.

Fantastic stay in a Nantucket style oceanfront house!

Damian and Cathy are excellent hosts. They provided clear communication, quick problem solving and were so pleasant to work with. The house is wonderful! Spacious and right on the beach… fun for grandkids, their parents and grandparents! The house is very clean and stocked with everything you need. The community is awesome, too! We ventured to Boston, Plymouth and the Cape easily. Thank you, Damian and Cathy, for a fabulous time!

Excellent place for a beach front relaxing trip!

The house was better than the pictures. 5 of us stayed comfortably with room to spare. The host were very easy and helpful. They answered all our questions quickly and were very attentive. The host were off site. You get the whole house. Everything you need is there. They have decent cooking supply, washer and dryer work great. Location is great, you can hear the waves and watch the sunrise from the upstairs bedrooms. Spacious parking, we only had 2 cars but could have fit more. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation home, this place will not disappoint.

AMAZING

We had a wonderful time in this Marshfield beach home. It is right on the water and has so many great views from the home. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the large oceanside deck which is a great place to watch the sunrise with morning coffee and sunset with the nightcap of your choice. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. The owners made communication and check-in a breeze. We would definitely rent the home again. We had an amazing time at the home and in the area.

A delightful stay in Green Harbor

This property is exactly what my family and I were looking for in a beach vacation rental - easy access to the beach, A/C, sufficient parking spots, and plenty of indoor space. The waterfront view was beautiful, and falling asleep/waking up to the sound of the waves felt very relaxing. With other beach properties I've felt very cramped, but that was not the case here. This is a great location on a notoriously fun beach. You get A LOT in return for your vacation dollar here.
