Bra 3BR + loftlägenhet i La Vista Blanc nära Park

Lägenheterna La Vista Blanc ligger på den sydöstra kanten av Mammoth nära Sherwin-bergen och bredvid Mammoth Creek Park. Andelslägenhetskomplexet är välskött och du kan gå till restauranger, shopping, vandring och pendelbussen som erbjuder gratis åk till skidorten och hela Mammoth på vintern. Spaen och poolen ligger tvärs över parkeringsplatsen från denna enhet. Dessa lägenheter är en två våningar, tre sovrum - två badrum enhet. Det ligger på den andra berättelsen så det finns ingen oro för bullriga grannar. Det finns gott om parkering.

Dessa lägenheter är i gott skick. Alla tre sovrummen har queen size-sängar med stora madrasser och gott om utrymme i garderoben. Loftet har en våningssäng och en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en videospelkonsol på loftet och en garderob. Det finns ett rymligt vardagsrum med en L-formad soffa och en skinnstol för gott om sittplatser. Det finns en väggmonterad plattskärms-TV (med kabeltjänst) och en DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet och massor av spel för att hålla barnen gamla och unga ockuperade. Det finns också en vedeldad spis med massor av ved på balkongen. Köket har en helt ny rostfri spis, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Det finns också en kaffebryggare och ett matbord med plats för åtta. Det finns två kompletta badrum, ett på övervåningen och ett på nedervåningen. Det finns trådlöst internet. Vi har också en extern garderob för din skid- och snowboardlagring och det finns ett par slädar och en snöspade som du kan använda.

Det finns många bra skäl att besöka Mammoth. På vintern finns skidåkning, snowboard, längdskidåkning, pulka, snöskoter och snöskoter på närliggande Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort och June Mountain. På sommaren finns vandring, mountainbike, fiske, golf, båtliv och ridning i området. Mammoth Creek Park ligger bredvid lägenheten och det är ett bra ställe för barnen att leka och gå en promenad. Dessa lägenheter har enkel tillgång till de lokala cykelvägarna och skateparken ligger ungefär en mil bort. Du kan också ta en kort biltur till Devil's Postpile National Monument. Under alla säsonger kan du gå till restauranger, filmer, kaffe och Vons. Lokal favorit The Stove Restaurant ligger cirka fem minuters promenad från lägenheten.

Cheferna, Chris och Vicky, bor tvärs över lägenheten och är vänliga och hjälpsamma om du behöver något. Mammoth Tax Cert # 6243.

Great Stay & Perfect location

Location was perfect, close to the slopes and just a walking distance from the ice skating rink. Place was exactly as advertised. Communication with Rick was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was overall a pleasant stay.

Great stay!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. It was super convenient because it’s right in the middle of everything and mostly walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Weekend in Mammoth

Cozy and good bed layout

A good bed arrangement for adults. The dining and living areas are a little small for the full condo capacity, and the mattresses and couch are tired and sagging, but the kitchen is nicely outfitted, the fireplace is great, and checkin and checkout were keyless and straightforward. For the price and number of bedrooms, I'd stay here again. The host called me on the phone to ask about my guests, arrival time, and tell me about the checkin process which is a little unusual in this day and age. All the information is available on the Vrbo listing as well. Thanks to Rick for a pleasant weekend.

Great condo, great location

Condo is nice size for 10 people comfortably. Great kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Really close to Mammoth shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain and close to Vons and other places to eat. Rick is a great host! He was attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Very nice condo

Rick was very attentive host, checked with us to see if we had questions prior to the trip, super quick on replying messages. This condo is very well stocked including kitchen and bedroom (blankets), wall hungers for jackets, exceeding our expectations, it is the best one I’ve stayed. We had two families with older kids. The upstairs bathroom has two doors, one from the outside beside the one from one of the bedroom, which is convenient for people from other rooms to use. We all enjoyed the stay, highly recommend. We also lucky and had great snow for skiing.

Cozy and ample in space.

Great communication with the manager. Perfect location from the mountain and amenities. More than enough space for the whole family. The individual space heaters were great for the current conditions. I would highly recommend this location. I am saving this spot as a favorite place to stay.

Baby ski trip

Our stay was great. We had three couples, each with infants aged 12-15 months, all on different schedules. The condo had plenty of space for everybody to spread out and was quiet enough from exterior and interior noise for everybody to sleep soundly after a full day of playing in the snow. It was also well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. On top of that, the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental cabin and there was a nice view from the living area. Rick was very helpful and quick to reply to any messages. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

I enjoyed the property and location. It was centrally located and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The only issue we had were the stiffness of the beds. I wish they were more conformable. Both me and my children found them to be hard and uncomfortable. If I went back, I would stay there but likely bring our own pillow and a pillow top for the mattresses.

Mountain getaway with exceptional snow

Rick's condo is the perfect mountain getaway. It is very clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and once you get the heat going, it is warm. The fireplace is the highlight though -- it was wonderful sitting around it, toasting smores, etc. after a big day on the slopes. There is a ski closet outside to keep the skis in and every appliance you could possibly need in the kitchen. Its a super short and easy drive to Eagle Lodge Lift at Mammoth and to the grocery store (Vons). Only thing to note, is there is not a laundry machine in the unit, so make sure you pack enough clothes.

Great place for a big group

All of our extended adult family enjoyed the place. Very clean with everything we needed. Three bedrooms with overflow loft area was perfect. Only downside was the lack of laundry, but found the common laundry across the street conscientiously if you can find an open dryer. Great location and close to the resort. What definitely rent again. Thanks Rick!!

Wonderful Stay

The home is very cozy and nice. And the location is great, we walked around the corner for the free bus pickup to the slopes and to dinner a few nights. Plus the owner Rick was excellent with communication and even called before our stay to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Spacious Cabin for Adults

This was a wonderful cabin to stay at. We had a group of 9 adults staying in this cabin. A few key items worth noting: -The owner (Rick) was incredibly responsive and even reached out to us leading up to the trip to make sure we have everything we needed. - The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. Plenty of cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, and cookware. - Heating the unit was very easy and straight forward. Make sure to use the ceiling fans to help circulate the heat. - The storage locker outside helps a ton with gear storage. - The was a boot dryer in the closet which was a nice surprise. - Very short walk to the shuttle stop and the surrounding stores. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Rick was very nice and the cabin was great for 9 adults.

Great place for summer vacation

We really enjoyed our trip to Mammoth for the summer. Rick's condo is in a perfect location for all of the summer activities. Also, he was extremely communicative and helpful.

This condo is owned by three friends that love Mammoth and have come here for many years to go snowboarding and mountain biking. Two of us own ZJ Boarding House, a surf*skate*snowboard shop in Santa Monica. Two of us live in Malibu and one lives in Sunset Beach.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased the condo to spend more time in Mammoth and share this amazing area with our family and friends. We love Mammoth in the winter and the summer and we've all spent a lot of time here since we were young.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Some of the unique benefits of staying at this condo include the how easy it is to walk to dinner, the movies, for a cup of coffee or the store. This is our favorite area in Mammoth as it is not as crowded. The Hockey rink and park is right next door and you can walk down the creek or out towards the Sherwin's during the winter or the summer. Also, the condo is perfectly located for a quick run over to the spa.
