Remodeled in the early 2000’s, the house showcases an eclectic mix of styles and is fully stocked to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. It has a large fully fenced beautiful shared yard space with a propane fire pit to keep you warm on the cool Arcata evenings. ***Details to note when booking... We have on street parking only and NOT subject to a time limit. VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage. Cancellations will be charged the VRBO service fee.
