Welcome to The Eagle's Watch, a cozy one-bedroom second-floor condo offering a perfect balance of comfort and stunning marina views.

The open-concept living and kitchen area is bathed in natural light, creating a welcoming space to relax or entertain. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the living area includes a pull-out sofa, providing extra sleeping space when needed. Step out onto the patio, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the marina and the surrounding scenery.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful retreat. A full bathroom is located conveniently nearby, and the unit also includes a stackable washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.

The Eagle's Watch is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway with scenic views and modern amenities.

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
