Welcome to The Sea-Doo, a charming one-bedroom second floor condo designed for comfort and relaxation.

The open-concept kitchen and living area is filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting space. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation easy, and the cozy living area features a pull-out sofa, providing extra sleeping space for guests. Step outside to the patio, where you can enjoy the outdoors and unwind in a peaceful setting.

The bedroom is a restful retreat with a comfortable queen bed, while the full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area. For added convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is included in the unit.

Whether you’re enjoying the cozy interior or relaxing on the patio, The Sea-Doo offers the perfect escape for a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

There are one parking space allocated for this condo in front of the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
