-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Beach. Some airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-This home is the upper unit of a duplex.
-Parking can be tight for larger vehicles. To be sure there are no surprises, please be sure your vehicles fit in the carport before booking.
