Exactly as pictured, beautiful view, spacious balcony, lots of sitting area in the living area as well, easy beach access & pools were both nice as well, nice a quiet inside the condo even when there is the noise of the hustle and bustle of beach traffic during busy hours, walking distance to many shops and food options as well. Host very responsive to messages sent as well.

Wonderful location and accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and located near many local attractions. The condo is beautifully decorated and had many things that made the stay easier.

Wonderful location

We were there for 6 days. Unit was very clean, host was very responsive and location was perfect! Several different restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Beautiful place

This condo was very clean and had amazing views of the gorgeous ocean. The condo owner communicated quite well and everything was as it should be. I will be visiting this condo again in future!

Easy access to both garage and unit

Owner provided swift assistance in solving a couple of minor problems. Made our stay very enjoyable.

Family Vacation 2024

The add says 4 bedroom..Has a pick of 2 bunk beds..There is only 1 set of bunk beds and only 2 bedroom..that being said we enjoyed the condo anyway..It was clean and very well stocked.

Much needed get away

This property was very beautiful. This is the first time my husband and I have been to this area. The other couple comes here a lot. Love the area and will be back. Would love to stay in the same property even this same room. The owner was wonderful and helped us with any thing we needed. Looking forward to returning.

Great condo. We love to stay there. With that being said the mattress in the queen bedroom was wore out and the most uncomfortable. The couch was even worse.

Beautiful Condo, great location

The location was perfect. Could walk to many resturants and pier park. My only complaint is that there are not enough chairs at the pool for the size of this condo. Large groups took most of the chairs with their towels. Chairs then sit empty with towels on them. We never could get a chair at the pool.

There are signs all around that towels don't save chairs. You should have been able to use a chair if those people were not there.

It was a beautiful condo. Only thing that was not clear was we thought it was a 4 bedroom. It is only a two bedroom. Over all it is a great room and we loved our stay. Just a heads up there is a group that sets up chairs and umbrellas every morning and takes up most of the beach. They tried to get us to move and threatened to only give us 5 minutes to move or they would move it for us. We called the law, and the officer came down and talked to us and said we had every right to be there. She said the beach belongs to the city not them.

Awesome location!

The property was clean and well equipped, probably the best one yet. There were some minor things that needed to be repaired but nothing that affected our stay. The pullout couch was not very comfortable but I have never slept on one that was. Lol It is in an awesome location especially in my case with older teenagers and young adults. We didn’t have to fight the traffic to visit Shuckums, Sharkys or Pier Park. Teresa was awesome with communication and quick to respond. I also loved the fact there was no time on the parking garage the day of arrival or the day of departure (I stayed in a place a couple of condos down that had the 4pm/10am rule for the parking garage also). It was a beautiful place and I would definitely visit again.

Wonderful Condo in a great location!

We loved this condo and the location. I did see a few reviews having issues with the elevators. While one was not in service we did not have to wait. Great place...would stay here again!

Great view & Location!

Listing was just as described. Great location, right across the street from one of our favorite restaurants Shuckums!! And close to another one of our favorites, David’s Sno-Balls! Close to Pier Park. Pools were great, always plenty of room to set up on the beachfront. Loved the extra bunk spaces for kids and the baskets of beach toys. Our 3 year old was a huge fan of that. Overall great property, we would definitely stay here again.
