Family Spring Break

We had a great time at this property for Spring break with family in the age range of 1-94. The stairs were extremely accessible for great grandma and the little children especially.

Amazing view

This house has a wonderful open area with great views of the water. We enjoyed it as a family of 5. As our 3 kids are adults at this point it was nice everyone had their own room to rest up before returning to college.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and sat perfectly on the beach. Unfortunately we had rain during our entire trip so we were grateful to have such a gorgeous home to enjoy the time we had to spend indoors! We will definitely be booking again!

Breathe taking view!

The house is steps away from the beach. We pretty much stayed out on the beach, but having to walk a few steps back was convenient. The view of the ocean from the house is awesome. We have stayed here twice and we have enjoyed both times. I highly recommend this home to everyone!

Family Gathering

Great location, quiet part of beach, house well stocked and hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. Only suggestion would be updates to patio furniture and maybe second Tv option in house. Otherwise great stay!!

Right on the beach and quite

Beautiful house on the beach. The linens could use some updating and the dryer didn’t work but the house itself is very pretty. The kitchen/ living room, looking onto the beach, was the focal point for everyone. We would stay here again.

Anniversary Surprise

Celebrated our 29th anniversary with children and grand children. The host made the entire experience a positive one for us all. It was an extremely nice gesture with gift basket. Totally satisfied with everything!

Would rent again

We stayed there with friends over new years. Overall house was clean and the main floor was nicely updated/renovated and great for entertaining. The owner had a great response time and was very informative of check in/out process. answered all my questions in a timely manner. Only negative thing I would say is that there were light bulbs that were out, a lamp that didn’t work, furniture had wear and tear (kind of expected since it was a rental) and linens needed updating. Nothing that was of grave concern. overall great experience and for the price would stay again!

Great Beach Vacation House

Our family spent 6 days at this house. It's in a great location on the beach. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to Galveston to go into town in you need anything. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was clean. We would have given it 5 stars if not for some minor maintenance that needs to be done. Burned out light bulbs, loose toilet seats, some of the handles came off in the shower for hot and cold valves, etc. Nothing that major or that we needed to call the property manager about. Just some items that could easily be fixed with some tender care. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again when we come back.

Great for entertaining

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is on a nice section of the beach that is not very busy. It’s about a 30 min drive from Pleasure Pier in Galveston. The house is beautiful and offers a great living room/kitchen area perfect for entertaining a large group. I deducted a star for some maintenance issues that need to be addressed with the property. The toilets did not flush well, one of the showers was clogged and the faucet handles kept falling off. There are several boards on the balcony that are loose and can be potentially dangerous. The beds are extremely firm. The patio furniture is a little beat up and several chairs were missing cushions. Towels were very limited, as well as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We tried doing a load of laundry and the dryer took 4 cycles to dry one load of towels. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we would consider staying here again.
