As you enter the 1,100-square-foot beach house, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light flowing in from the large windows. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun, with an extended leather sectional and a large flatscreen TV. And for those who love to cook, the galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and spacious counters, making meal prep a breeze.

When it's time to catch some Z's, you'll have your pick of sleeping arrangements, with one king bed, one queen bed, and a sleeper sofa for additional space. And if you're looking to enjoy some fresh air, head outside to the private patio and fire up the grill for an al fresco dining experience. The patio even has peek-a-boo views of the ocean with a cozy fire-pit, perfect for catching sunsets after a long day of fun!

But the real star of the show is the location. Mission Beach has it all, from the five-mile-long boardwalk to the excitement of Belmont Park, home to the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. And with just a short drive, you'll find even more entertainment options, like the world-famous San Diego Zoo and the splashy fun of SeaWorld.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Like many beach homes in the area, this home does NOT have AC. The multitude of windows, the ceiling fans, and the nice coastal breeze ensure you will stay nice and cool!
-This is the downstairs unit of a duplex.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There's a tandem carport (8'3 H x 8'4 W x 27' D). There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
