This location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance. Our host, Fausto, was extremely helpful with local food selections. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we visit San Diego.

House is in a great location and fits 4-6 people comfortably. It was clean well stocked. Having parking available was a huge bonus. The host was very responsive to our request for an early check in. Our overall experience was very good . Thank you.

TV didn’t work. WiFi was spotty. Couldn’t have light and fan on in bathroom at the same time without tripping the outlet. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys were limited. Not ideal for families.

Hi Neal, thanks for staying with us. We are currently in the process of changing our WIFI carrier based on your feedback and we hope it works better but unfortunately we rarely have wifi issues. The not sure what you meant by light and fan in bathroom I went by and checked it and it was fine. I also will check on TV and get it fixed and since you said it did not matter to you we did not correct it during your stay. But I am happy you enjoyed our home. Please come back soon:)

Lovely stay! Distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Loved the roominess of the house! Great parking spot. Easy to find and close to zoo and SeaWorld. Definitely would stay there again and recommend!

Everything was as-described and we loved our stay. Good communication through checking in and checking out. Although the area was our second choice to Mission Beach, now having stayed in Pacific Beach, it would be our first choice for our next trip. Great beach, good food nearby, and space to breathe.

Great location near Mission Beach! Very clean home and comfortable furniture. Our only issue was that the house exterior was recently painted (looked different than the photos on the listing) and there weren’t any house numbers, making it confusing to find. But owner was easy to reach and helped us get checked in. We would stay here again!

This house worked out great for us. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was really nice. Loved the location and the deck was so nice to sit and relax on when the weather cooperated.If we visit again we will check to see if this is available.

Spring Break with our 14 & 11 year old kids. The house had everything on the listing. The front bedroom was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the 2 beds in the back bedroom. House was very clean and comfortable. The sofa has had a lot of use. We covered it with clean sheets and it was very cozy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and peaceful. A short walk to almost anything you might need. Fausto is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect beach house for us! The floor plan was so practical with a large open great room and split bedroom plan for maximum privacy for our group of 5! The home had all the essentials that we needed for cooking and this thoughtful owner even stocked some toiletries for the beginning of the stay which was much appreciated! We've been visiting Mission Beach every year for the past 15 years and this is definitely one of our favorite homes that we've stayed in. The only negative was that the home directly across the alley was under construction which is no fault of the owner. Unfortunately it blocked our view of the ocean from the deck because of a chain link construction fence and their work truck being parked in the way but the house is so close to the ocean, we were easily able take our beach chairs to the beach in the mornings to enjoy our coffee. Also, it looks like they're on the last phase of construction for that home so they should be done very soon. The check-in process was super smooth and overall we really loved the home and enjoyed our stay. I would most definitely rent this property again!

Phenomenal location

Great spot for whatever you want to do in the San Diego area. Close to everything….golf courses, zoo, beach, shopping, and etc. Could sit on the deck and see the ocean. Would stay there again if we come back to California.

Great place to stay in a great area!

We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were very easy to work with and very friendly. Just a short 30-40 steps to the beach and walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants/bars. The whole family loved our stay. Perfect size for us!
