A very unique, beautifully designed Belgium Farm House on Lake Monomonac, who's waters straddle both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Your own sandy beach and dock to enjoy everything the lake has to offer.
All seasons can be thoroughly enjoyed here; boating, fishing, swimming and other water sports in the summer, vibrant colors and crisp air of fall, in the winter enjoy iceskating and fishing, then end the day with a good book by the fireplace.

The space
First floor- large kitchen, dinning room, living room with a fire place, full bathroom with a sauna and changing room

Second floor- master bedroom with balcony and bathroom, two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom, stackable washer and dyer, coffee bar and a reading room/ balcony that overlooks the lake.

Third Floor- Large game room and TV Room with a sofa bed and three futon/floor mattresses for extra sleeping arrangments. Use the two indoor bikes to get in a workout while looking over the lake off the balcony.

Outside space- patio, small sandy beach, large dock, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, grill, outdoor shower

Guesthouse: one bedroom with queen bed, living room with pull out queen couch and a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and laundry!

Kayaks and paddle board are available for use, along with all sizes of life jackets. May bring your own boat or jet ski. OR rent our pontoon boat! You are responsible for any required registrations for water crafts, boating or fishing licenses.

Rail trails in both MA and NH are right down the road to hike, bike, cross-country ski or snowmobile. Watchusett Mountain has beautiful skiing and is only 20 min away. Mount Monadnock - the most hiked mountain in the US is only 20 minutes away. Lots of cute New England towns that are fun to explore such as Peterborough and Keene. Farm stands, local farms with home made ice cream or pick your own berries, apples or flowers. Quaint shops that support local vendors. Getaway

This property was great. Wonderfully modern lake front home. Recommend renting the pontoon to fish for larger fish. Kayaks, Paddleboards, great restaurants and sauna. Picture perfect scenery.

Lovely home, fantastic views, very peaceful

My family and I stayed here four nights over Christmas, and were extremely particular. This home exceeded expectations; from the cleanliness, to the aesthetics of both home and location. Made for a great Christmas holiday, filled with memories for years to come. We will absolutely be repeat customers of this property.

Best Cottage Around

The moment we drove up to the property we were blow away by its beauty! This place is truly amazing! They have thought about everything when building it. From the relaxing beach by the lake to the impeccable rooms inside the home. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great touch! And the Sauna was amazing too! The host was great with communicating and prompt with any help we needed. We flew in for a wedding with family members and not one person had a complaint. We will Deff be back again!! Copley’s Cottage you stole our hearts!!

Just splurge and rent it

Just do yourself a favor and stop looking and splurge for this place. Everything about it is A+. We stayed in the house and apartment. Spent loads of time outside using the kayaks and paddle boards. We set up a volleyball net on the beach. It was a little tight and angled but still loads of fun. lots of outdoor chairs. Towels and shampoo a plenty. The views from the balcony's are great. All the showers were spectacular. I wish I could come back every year.
