Come stay in Lucky Dog Beach House, our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Ocean City, Maryland! This spacious and comfortable condo sleeps up to 7 guests and offers stunning ocean views from both the private balcony and master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed and ocean views, while the second bedroom includes two double beds. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals and snacks, and the laundry facilities make it easy to keep your clothes clean and fresh. -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there s in unit laundry available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
