If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 • Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks • FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee • FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee • Fees: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 fee • Pets are not allowed on furniture at all. If hair is found, there will be a 100$ fee added to your reservation.

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS
• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.

• FEES: Lost or taken TV remote control or AC remote will result in a $50 Charge (no exceptions)

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
