Perfect cottage

Stayed 4 nights while on Nantucket for work conference. This was perfect location to walk to beach. Very centrally located to get around the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage

Clean and tidy, unwinterized (i.e., no A/C) cottage. Not luxurious - know what you're in for - but has the essentials for a fun summer stay. Well maintained - beautiful flowers in the flower boxes. Good location with bus routes convenient to the town and the beach. Owners are nice and helpful. Would recommend to others.

Simply perfect

We only had a long weekend to explore the island and this was the perfect home base — centrally located by 2 bike paths and only a mile or so from mid island conveniences and restaurants. The hosts were great— communication was easy and Wendy was so welcoming and answered all our questions about best places to eat and visit. The cottage is spare but super comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch and getting a glimpse of the resident doe and her tiny fawn. Many thanks to Bonnie and Wendy for a sweet stay!

Amazing stay

Everything was nice and clean, such a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our stay it was very comfortable and affordable for Nantucket Island. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with, quick at responding. Thank you so much!

Quaint

Very quaint and cute. Just enough towels for 4 people, but they were good towels, not thin or threadbare. 2 of our family members are very tall, and the shower was funny for them to try and fit in and under, but we really enjoyed it. We could walk to the beach, not a short walk, but not a long one either. The shuttle picked up very close to the cottage, but we opted to walk or take taxis. All in all, it was a good visit.

Great weekend wedding get-away

We attended a wedding on the island. Checked in on Friday; checked out Sunday. Easy access to public transit and walking path to downtown (20 minutes). Bonnie was great to us and made us feel welcomed to her property.

Wonderful place, near bike path

We loved our little cabin. The location was great, right on the bike path and walkable to bike shop to rent. Ubers make it easy to get to and from town also. Bonnie was an awesome host, very close by and friendly. We locked ourselves out one day and she was there in seconds. Highly recommend!!

Ack cottage

The cottage was a step back in time but it fit our needs and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space. Host was very responsive and stopped into say hi when she was on island.

Summer family fun

We had a great 1st trip to Nantucket. Our hosts were extremely nice and very attentive. The mid-island location was great-not too far from anything anywhere else on the island, and bus loops are right there at the corner. 1 mile to the beach. Adults and our teens loved it-we will be returning.

The perfect island house!

We were on the island for work for 2 days and needed a comfortable & simple place to stay. Bonnie's home was perfect for what we needed. Centrally located, quiet, no-frills, & everything that a vacation home should be! Wendy, the caretaker while we were there, was absolutely lovely and even brought over a fresh pot of flowers to spruce up the deck when we arrived. If you're looking for a quiet and simple getaway, I can't recommend this home enough. Thank you again for the hospitality!

Quaint cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. We loved riding bikes on the trail to surf side beach and was close proximity to Bartlett farms where we went strawberry picking. House was exactly as described in write up and Bonnie was so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. Would definitely use again.

Sweet little cottage

a sweet no frills beach cottage in the center on the island with easy access to the main beaches and great place to crash after being out all day. Though, the couches were small so not much of a place to lounge at the end of the day. We would for sure come back again!

Great spot!

Great location, just minutes from the most amazing beach (fisherman’s), we rented a car because we have little ones but you would be able to rent bikes and get all over from the house! We had an amazing weekend. House has everything you need and we hope to keep going back!

Great little house

This is a very nice house, but small. Centrally located, too far to walk to town or beach but only a few steps from a bus stop. 2 small bedrooms, one with a small double bed the other with a twin. Room enough for 1 couple and 1-2 children, but might be too crowded for 2 couples. No closets, but had hooks and pegs to hang clothes. Kitchen was nice, but no dishwasher. Pots and pans and dishes were adequate. Small den with a couch, chair and TV. Wi Fi worked well. Bathroom was small and the shower needs work. However, the outdoor shower works well and there is enough privacy that it was not a problem. Clothes washer worked well but no dryer. Clothes can be hung on line in back to dry. The upstairs loft is unfinished and not used for anything yet. The house worked fine for my wife and I for a week stay and it is a bargain compared to other places on the island. I would recommend.

Cozy cottage in a great location.

The cottage was perfect and exactly as described. Very clean and cozy. Conveniently located near the shuttle made easy and inexpensive access to town. Owner was very accommodating.
