Brand New in ground pool that is heated. A perfect complement to the private, fenced back yard and covered outdoor living space. This is truly a vacation oasis.
4 Generous bedrooms including 2 Master suites with private en-suite baths and an amazing custom bunk bed room for kids.
Custom, fully stocked kitchen and open and roomy floorplan for the perfect, relaxing vacation setting.
High end bedding and brand-new comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep each night.
Less than 5 min walk to beach.
Located on the quiet and desirable west end of PCB. 2 miles East of Rosemary Beach and 5 miles West of Pier Park.
Never crowded, but so close to everything.
Available for the first time in 2024.
Sleeps up to 12 in total comfort.

Here are the rules: weekend to weekend only in summer and spring break.

No college or Party Groups
No Smoking or Vaping in the condo
No Pets.
