- Sanitizing Cleaning Procedure -
1. We spray Lysol all around the house and air out every room once our cleaners arrive.
2. We disinfect all door handles including kitchen fridge, microwave handles, toilet handle, and all surfaces inside the house.
3. We sanitize all door handles and fridge, Microwave, kitchen, flat surfaces, and chairs a second time with Clorox/bleach to ensure each surface is fully disinfected.
4. We Spray Lysol/disinfectant on the couch and bed frame.
5. We wash all linen with Clorox bleach.

2. Noise Standard and Regulation
Requirements: Per City Palm Desert Law, it is illegal for any unreasonable level of noise or loud partying especially between 10 pm - 8 am. Guests might be cited and fined for any noise complaints from the community or the city.
3. All short-term rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and enjoyment of their property.
4. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device, or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from beyond the property boundaries of any short-term rental unit between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.

Other things to note
2 day minimum required. Nightly rate for any bookings less than 30 days will be subject to an 12% transient occupancy tax (TOT) per the City's rules, whereas bookings over 28 days are NOT subject to the 12% TOT. Additionally, we charge a $250 cleaning fee.
Street Parking is okay ( overnight street parking is not) If you have a problem for any reason parking in the driveway you can park but the fitness center
( tons of open parking) just keep your pass on the dashboard when and if you do this.

HOA Rules: Trash can only be curbside 24 hours before/after pickup. Any fines issued will be your responsibility.
