Welcome to "The Good Life" - your home centrally located near Gulf Blvd & all the most popular beaches! You'll feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, comfortable beds, workstations, reading nook, Smart TVs, and games/puzzles. Relax outside on the large patio and enjoy the new landscaping. Tons of birds chirping in the morning and the sunset overlooks the neighboring palms! PETS welcome *additional fee applies, please register your pet in booking*.

Hauling your boat? We have plenty of driveway space and the boat launch is 2 miles away also!

The house his full of natural light and is in a safe and quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Each bedroom features a large wall closet and a dresser which offers plenty of space to unpack and make yourselves at home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom with standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and very comfortable sitting chair. Each room has full-length mirrors. A shared bathroom is in the hallway and has a tub. In the living area there is a trundle bed with a double bed on top and a single on the bottom.

The home is close to everything & anything you could need! Beaches, parks, shopping plazas, restaurants, bars, music, and just a short distance from vibrant downtowns. Booking with us means you have access to our plethora of knowledge about the area. We truly love where we live and can help you curate an unforgettable trip! All you have to do is let us know your interests and we can give you recommendations.

Graduation destination.

Everything was well organized with all the amenities needed. It was very clean and easy access to anything you wanted to do. We loved setting on the back deck grilling and visiting in the early mornings. It was perfect. Our host was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Family Reunion

We rented this property while we were in town for a family reunion. We found the property to be exactly as described. Dan and Jess thank your for hosting us while we were in town, we had a wonderful time and our living arrangements were nothing short of perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and on a dead-end street so there are rarely even solicitors. Dan grew up in this house and we renovated together!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We have a dog and know how difficult it can be to travel longer stays without bringing them along, so we welcome well-behaved pets & of course families with human children too! :) We put in all new landscaping and in the backyard and it's such a peaceful escape. You could sit there for hours listening to all the birds.
