Great week with our kids!

We loved this condo! The location (5th floor) was great when the elevator got a little busy we could take the stairs. The decor was so nice and welcoming, beds were sooo comfortable!! Condo also had anything you could need and some extras, we would definitely stay here again!!

Fun summer vacay

This property is amazing! It is so comfortable, clean and cutely decorated!!! The view is wonderful and the owner was fantastic to communicate with! The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home!

We LOVED this property! It was very clean, well stocked, and looked exactly as advertised (actually better). I loved the hot tub and being able to view the beach from the deck, and how the property is conveniently located to everything. We will stay here again for sure.

End of Summer family vacation

Everything about our stay was wonderful ! The condo was picture perfect , the proximity of everything was very convenient, our host Janet was very responsive and kind ! Having the grill on the balcony was very nice ! We throughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again !! Thanks so much PCB !! See you soon !

Fantastic!!

Fantastic is how I would describe our stay! Janet was great to work with and made checking in and out a breeze. The condo was clean, up to date and had all the amenities. Beds were super comfy and it was close to Pier Park. We will for sure book this condo again. Thanks, Janet!

Family vacation

Can’t Beat the View

A bunch of my family and I stayed in a few different condos in this same building. They were all nice but we agreed this unit had the nicest decor. Great location too and you can’t beat the view.

The property was lovely...very comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. Kitchen is well equipped......may I suggest checking the cookie sheets and replacing them!

Christmas Break

We enjoyed our stay so much, loved the condo and the amazing views. There were nice touches we appreciated like games to play and beach toys and chairs to use. Janet was so great to communicate with as well. The location was great, it seemed like a more quiet area of PCB. Good restaurants within walking distance, and the heated pool and hot tub were so nice. We are already planning our next trip back.

Location was perfect & super convenient. Very clean!! Janet was very prompt to respond and easy to deal with. Condo is very close to the elevator which was a plus. Everything was as shown in the description and we had an amazing time.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Beaty Condo at Sterling Breeze Resort. The 5th floor view of the Gulf was awesome. The Condo was beautifully decorated with all necessary aminities. Perfect location for shopping and eating out. Security was very present to add a feeling of safety! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!! TWG Aug 5th , 2016 thru Aug 8th, 2016

Spring break 2023

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo. Little sandy in places from previous renters but for the most part pretty clean. Condo has pretty much everything you’d need. Great location. Beach chairs are a plus. Janet was great to work with. Even arranged an extra night stay at the last minute because it was available. Would definitely rent from her again!

Perfection.

Great location, convenient to everything. Unit furnished with quality from the kitchen appliances to the linens. Loved the floorplan as 2nd bedroom and bath are somewhat separated/private from main living areas. Great to have balcony off master. Property maintained exceptionally well.

Another outstanding stay in Panama City Beach at Sterling Breeze

My wife and I stayed in the same condo last year, and this year was just as pleasant. The condo was very clean, and the owners are very responsive when I sent a couple of emails, they also let us know of some work that was going on and that was very well accepted. I was hoping to have something negative to say, but I really cannot find anything negative to say. Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's asking.

Exactly as promised

The condo was closed exactly as pictured and right on the beach. Everything inside was clean and worked properly. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels/ linens. We loved the location, it’s within walking distance of the pier and shopping. The parking garage and cross bridge meant we could get luggage and groceries to and from the car without having to cross traffic or getting wet in a rain shower. The view from the balcony was beautiful and so peaceful in the mornings. Owner was so nice and had great communication. She let us know when the condo was ready and we were able to check in early. Would definitely go back.

Oceanfront condo with incredible views!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! Ocean views from the patio were outstanding, and the covered patio kept you cool while outside. Electric grill was perfect for a family barbecue and we utilized the outdoor table for four for most meals. Kitchen was fully equipped, and grocery stores 0.6 miles away. They have chairs and floats for the beach, and we loved the two free beach lounge chairs with an umbrella included with the rental (otherwise $40 per day for chairs). Pool and hot tub were fabulous. We ate at Dusty's seafood restaurant twice (amazing food), which is walking distance. Pier park, which is full of shops and restaurants, is walking disrance. Also, our part of the beach was the least crowded, so glad we weren't staying at the neighboring condos, which had packed beaches. My family had the most amazing time, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit!

Fantastic stay!

This unit is absolutely wonderful! It is large, stocked with everything you would need, and incredibly clean. Janet was a fabulous host. She communicated above and beyond! Our last night the entire building (and building next door) lost power. The building has a backup generator that immediately turned on which was great! Janet reached out quickly to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. She also provided us with updates from the power company. Sterling Breeze has fantastic staff keeping the entire property clean and enjoyable. The chairs and umbrella set up for you on the beach is so convenient. The unit is close to a ton of restaurants and shopping. I highly suggest this place and will rent again next time we are in PCB. Thank you Janet!!

Perfect Condo! Perfect Thanksgiving!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and everything was perfect! When we arrived the condo was beautifully decorated and in immaculate condition! Communication with the owners when necessary was prompt and they even mailed us the Apple Watch my husband left behind. I was a bit weary of staying in a condo for Thanksgiving, but Janet reassured me the condo was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and she was certainly right! From the measuring cups to the roasting pans, the owners truly thought of everything. The view was spectacular and we loved being able to watch our teens in the pool as we lounged on the patio. The grill was a welcome change for a quick cookout as a reprieve from all of the Thanksgiving leftovers. Janet, thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. It was a much needed break from our hectic schedules and brought fond memories that my family and I will cherish forever.

Exceeded my expectations

My wife and I fell in love with the place. When we arrived and walked in it was like wow, this is it!!! We have found our home away from home. Very spacious, clean, excellent view of the beach, easy walking distance to pier park. The amenities were above board, plenty of everything you would need in the kitchen. Even had a blender for making smoothies and other tasty beverages. Everything worked. My wife fell in love with the Master bathroom, and I was hooked on the grill, right on the balcony. One evening we hosted some friends and everyone remarked how comfortable they were. I would highly recommend this place. The owners were very attentive to my questions and very timely in ensuring we had our code and our needs met. Awesome, awesome, just so awesome!!! We gave it a 5 star because that was the highest this site offered.

Beachy Beautiful

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. The host made communication and our experience easy and organized. The condo was decorated so nice and had a beachy feel to it. The condo was nicely organized with all your needs and more. She went above and beyond to make our stay here enjoyable. We would definitely come back and recommend this unit to all.

My husband and I grew up near by and remember looking forward to our summer vacations going to the beach, playing in the sand and floating in the gulf. We both dreamed of owning our own beach place someday. Well it took a while but here we are. Hope you will enjoy the beach and all Sterling Breeze has to offer as much as we do.

We chose Sterling Breeze because it was a small boutique style Gulf front property located just a short walk from all the resturants, shops, and fishing at Pier Park. It's also only a 10 minute drive from the new International Airport. We love being on the 5th floor and having a large balcony with table and chairs and a barbeque grill. Also sliding glass doors and the views from the grandroom and master bedroom. Master bathroom comes with double vainites and huge walk in tile shower. We love everything about it.
