We have stayed in many condos and townhouses over some 15 years and this was one of the most pleasant based on location, facilities and decor internally.
Location is good for Disney, learn the back roads, avoid all the "tourist sheep" who follow each other. Finding shortcuts with a little upfront research will save sitting in traffic queues on the US192, I-4 and similar main roads.
Universal is a little further away at 18 miles driving, it can take a bit longer if you dont plan the route, the main roads can be very slow with queued traffic but this is a sign of the Orlando area almost doubling in population since 2010.
Lots of good places to eat around Kissimmee, Disney and Universal areas. For really good places it pays to ask locals in the area where they go for their "date nights", we have found some hidden treasures which are not on the main roads and hence rarely found by tourists.
Condo kitchen and laundry areas are as one would expect, nothing too fancy but with all the essentials to allow easy away from home living. Beds were very comfy, clean and without excessive signs of wear. Bathrooms were clean and basic, a proper shower instead of one over a bath would have been a nice touch but not by any means essential.
Internet connectivity is really good, the condos are now linked by a 300Mbps sychronous fibre service so dont be afraid of bad signal issues.
Host was contactable by the Vrbo app, replying promptly, he resolved all our queires with a minimum of fuss.
