House was very spacious and conveniently located to all Disney parks. The only issue we had was there was no extra toilet paper. I’ve used VRBO numerous times for our vacation house and this was the first time that there was no extra amenities. Oh our second bathroom shower did break but I messaged the property manager and they fixed it within the hour.

Family of 4 recently stayed 6 nights as our daughter had a cheer competition. The home is in a nice and quiet community also very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day and opted for pool heat which was affordable. Close proximity to Disney and parks which was nice. I felt the listing of essentials for this home was inaccurate as it lists shampoo, paper towels, etc. We had to purchase these items. I politely recommended to host on changing this for future guests as it’s misleading. The mattress for master bedroom was uncomfortable.

Lovely stay!

We stayed in this villa for three and a half weeks and had a wonderful time! The communication from the owner was fantastic, we were missing a couple of items from the games room and it was fixed instantly. The games room had lots of fun things to do, it was nice to escape to during a passing Florida storm. The whole villa was very clean and seemed newly decorated. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for it to feel like home. The location was also fantastic with a lot of nice places around to eat.

Everything was easy from start to finish. The villa wasn't bookable yet through VRBO, so I reached out to the host. She responded straight away and set everything up.Amazing villa. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rent again. The community is super nice and quiet. Had a oarcek delivered to the club house, and the oricess to collect was really easy.Got locked out as the battery in the door lock died, but the management company gave us access to the spare key, and were out within 15 minutes to replace the batteries. Definitely one if the best experiences we've had.

Wonderful family villa

We had a lovely family vacation at this well presented villa in March and April. The games room is a real bonus. The property is well situated in a quiet gated community with golf, cycle rides and amenities close by. Close enough to Disney and Universal parks but allow extra time for the heavy traffic. The owner was very responsive. On arrival the pool heater was down and the owner had it repaired within a day. We are very happy to recommend this villa.

House was clean, spacious, had some unexpected extras for little kids like an umbrella stroller and pack n play which i didnt use but could be helpful for someone else. Follow directions for the pool alarm. Only thing that would have been helpful was if there was some light cleaning supplies. There is only a straw broom but a regular broom or small vacuum, or a swiffer thing, and maybe an all purpose cleaning spray would be helpful. Otherwise loved it

A comfortable, nicely decorated, roomy house located in a gated community. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood before. They keep it up; friendly staff at their community center, pool and small fitness room.4 bedrooms upstairs, all with large tvs, hard floors no carpet, heating ( we had 2 icy mornings), ac, WiFi, hot water all work well.Pool (north facing) and spa were clean. Definitely pay for pool heat after September. Game room with lots of stuff to do.45-50 minutes from MCO, 40 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to nearest Disney, 75-90 minutes to Cocoa Beach- all depending on the heavy Florida traffic.Walmart and Publix close by; walk to British Pub- fun karaoke night.Check in no problem, owners responded timely to questions. A nice place.

Fabulous 2 weeks in Florida

Having stayed in various properties on the US27 highway several times before we chose this gated community and villa as our next choice. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward. Its location is 20-30 minutes from the disney parks depending on traffic and the neighbourhood is very pleasant and friendly with local supermarkets a 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is as per the photos. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 three year olds). There was more than enough space for us and the kids loved the pool after a long day in the parks. The decor throughout is lovely especially the 2 lights in the living and dining area (wow!). Overall we were very pleased and enjoyed our 2 weeks hugely (pity it couldnt be longer). Hope to be back one day.

Disney

A nice home close to Disney. Home was clean annd comfortable. Unfortunately the pool/spa heater was not working correctly. Home owner was very responsive. Sent a technician to fix but was told it would take at least 24 hours to warm it up. Due to the delay of getting a repair person over, It made no sense to pay for us not to use it. The home owner addressed any issues quickly.
