Cute little place

Beds very comfortable, apartment clean. If you plan to cook while there you will need to make arrangements for most everything except the appliances. Will stay there again.

Worst experience ever

This place is dirty and rat/mice infested. I would not recommend this place to anyone. TVs don’t work. Fans don’t work. Severe water damage - place smells. Host doesn’t respond to messages and did not address my concerns. There were roaches in the kitchen. We had to buy mice traps - please look at the included pictures.

This home was very nasty upon check in. I didn’t get in until late so when I arrived it was time for bed. There was a very foul smell roaming the place. When putting the kids to bed, there was droppings in the sheets. I’ve contacted the place to report my problems, and I’ve got not responses. Fast forward to 2am after spending $200 on beware to change the sheets so my kids can be able to sleep and there was mice running around in the kitchen. I packed my stuff and left to spend another $300 for a hotel room for a night. I’ve been constantly contacting the host with no luck in a conversation because they didn’t answer again. I’ve been requesting a refund even from Vrbo and Expedia and they can’t even get ahold of the host.

Misleading pictures

My recent experience with this property has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Not only was the accommodation nothing like the pictures provided, but the customer service was abysmal, and to top it off, my headphones were left behind. They claimed that the headphones were not found, despite my location tracking showing that they were indeed left behind. This lack of accountability and transparency further exemplifies the host's disregard for their guests. It is crucial that I share my experience to caution others considering this listing.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND OWNER DIDN’T RESPOND

My husband checked in very late at night and was met with beds with no blankets with stained sheets, no towels, and the place was dirty and run down. I read reviews and decided to take my chances. We were in town for a college graduation for 2 nights and planned to have the grandparents stay the second night. The property was unlivable. My husband had to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm and ended up sleeping on a dorm couch. I messaged the owner immediately with details asking for a refund and got no response. Messaged again the next day. No response. I PROMISE YOU ITS HORRIBLE. I had to open a claim with VRBO for a resolution. What a complete nightmare.
