Just Sandy is a beautiful townhouse just steps from the boardwalk, beach and ocean right in Pacific Beach.
New flooring and paint, updated kitchen with all the appliances you need for making snacks to cooking an entire family dinner.
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the laundry has a stackable washer and dryer.
The home is a comfortable 1390 square feet with a queen size bed in the primary bedroom and 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom.
The home is temperature controlled with AC and heating.
There is a garage that fits one standard car and houses lots of beach toys for your use including 3 bikes.
Just Sandy is walking distance to all that PB has to offer â restaurants, night life, shops, markets and the beach.
This clean and cozy townhouse is great for couples, families or a getaway with friends.
Enjoy beach life whether you are surfing, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, sunbathing or just people watching on one of the best beaches San Diego has to offer.
Bike or walk along the boardwalk and discover the fun beach restaurants, cafes and bars.
This is a home you will want to return to again and again.

This is a NON SMOKING home. No smoking allowed.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.
This home is pet friendly, however only allows 1 dog (no cats) no larger than 40lbs.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays as about flat rate fee.
This home is located in a quiet complex and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
All our homes are equipped with noise decibel monitors to ensure a quiet home for you and our surrounding neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
This home is equipped with one security camera inside the garage facing out toward the entrance of the garage coming from the street.
Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology.
