The Neighborhood:
Elverta is an emerging community with lots of development coming into the area. Most areas are surrounded by farmland, but the Sacramento airport is just 15 minutes away. Locals love going to Gibson Ranch for horseback riding. Cherry Golf course is nearby as well. If you’re after some shopping, the Roseville Galleria is but a few minutes drive away. It has great eateries and lots of places to shop and hang out.

Getting Around:
There is no public transportation. Uber and Lyft are available. Biking is also an option.

Other Things to Note:
We are just two blocks from the always popular Wake Island! Lots of summer time fun for the family! The Cherry golf Course is also nearby. We are roughly 15 minutes from the Roseville Galleria.

The garage is not for guest use. Please do not open or enter the garage.

Awesome house and property

Was a beautiful property one of the quietest houses ive ever stayed in. That being said the bugs were crazy a combination of beetles and wasps. Wasps werent mean but they were there.

Elverta House

I gave it only 4 stars because while the size and configuration of the house was great for our 3 generation family of 10, and we enjoyed the pool, we were disappointed by a few things. 1. There were no pool toys. 2. The microwave stopped working the first night. The manager answered our texts but did not get it fixed while we were there. 3. They were skimpy about the number of towels available. We needed to do laundry to have enough. And FYI, there were a lot of bugs around.

Awesome place to have a family gathering.

This was a great property for us to have a small family reunion. There were 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We loved the big open gathering area with kitchen, lounging area, and dining table. The ranch floor plan with the master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms plus a bathroom on one side and the Mother-in-Law apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and another sitting room were a great lay out for accommodating all of us. There was plenty of parking for our 5 cars. There’s a local landscaping guy named Clyde that was really nice, charming, and helpful. We plan to book here again

Small friend/family gathering

Beautiful home, spacious, great view, secluded, lots of bugs(outside) but manageable, great communication with host, pool could use renovation but was still enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to renting again. Great ac, kitchen is well equipped. One thing we just didn't appreciate was an unannounced maintenance guy show up twice but I understand he was only trying to help us/ make sure everything was working for us.

Elverta is still an emerging community. Most areas are surrounded by farmland. Locals love going to Gibson Ranch for horseback riding. Cherry Golf course I’d nearby as well. If you’re after some shopping, the Roseville Galleria is but a few minutes away. It has great eateries as well.
