Beautiful Spacious 4 Bdm home near Disney
Welcome to our "French Country" Resort Home in Orange, California.
We are a short drive to Disneyland (12 minutes to be exact).
The perfect space for families and couples to stay for a family vacation to Disneyland, a middle ground for visiting the beaches of Orange County ; Newport Beach, Huntington Beach and Laguna to name a few.
Disneyland is a short 10-15 minute drive, making our home a wonderful base to explore the most "Magical Place on Earth".
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 12 mins drive
FEATURES:
4 Bedrooms with an office with working desk and office chair.
2900 square feet
Chefs Kitchen
Gas fireplace
2 parking spots in driveway (no access to garage).
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
Salt water Pool with newly added pool fence for safety. The pool and jacuzzi tub are not able to be heated up at this time as we are still trying to figure out a system to turn it on remotely.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Less than 10 mins walk to major grocery store: Stater Bros and Target. In n out, 85 degree bakery, Nektar, Starbucks, McDonaldâs and so much more! We are as central as can be, yet tucked quietly in the local residential village. We love our location for the convenience to all your daily amenities and indulgences.
Quick access to 55 and 22.
Other Important things to note and House Rules:
With using the host sharing platforms, each home and hostâs have unique set of house rules and we just ask that you help honor our quirks and requests so we can continue to share our home.
1.) No shoes in the house- we have brand new white carpets and would love to keep them white :). We also have three kids so we know how messes happen - we kindly ask that spills and messes are cleaned up upstairs immediately , if any.
2.) Unfortunately, no animals including service animals inside the house. Our daughter had allergies to animal dander.
3.) We do however have a family pet rabbit & chickens in our backyard so you will definitely see our rabbit from time to time. With that said, there will be rabbit litter and pee in the yard. Our landscaper will be in the yard cleaning this and tending to the yard every two weeks. Our chickens are in an enclosed coop. And there will be flys in the backyard for this reason. We do have fly traps, but there will inevitably be flies.
4.) No gatherings, parties or excessive guests visiting and / or staying past 11pm. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we want to respect them as well. Thank you for understanding! If any visitors come by, please give us a heads up and ask that they also respect our âno shoesâ policy.
5.) We have hard-wired security cameras at the front entrance, the side of the house and the backyard. If this is invasive to you, please reconsider booking our home. These cameras are intended to protect all booking parties.
6.) No Access to the garage: our car will be parked in the garage. And the driveway will have our trailer parked on the right side. The driveway can still fit 2 cars if parked tandem. The City of Orange does not allow street parking so please only park in our driveway.
7.) One bedroom will be locked up upstairs and a few of our closets. You will still have exclusive use of the 4 bedrooms and office.
