Cheaper is not always better. This property leaves much to be desired for improvement - dead ants & ant traps everywhere, & live ants crawling on the couch. Kind of nasty, and not very clean. Immediately entering kitchen, there was water on the floor, that was coming from the water heater. I called Lauren w/ Costello & Co. property management, and she said that she would have someone come and look at the water leak, but no one ever came during the 4 days that we stayed. And, Lauren was not very friendly or helpful. I got very poor communication through email when I had questions - multiple questions through email that were unanswered. Lauren & Michelle were the reps from Costello & Co., who sent emails saying “if you need anything, just let us know, and we will take care of you”. Well, that was absolutely not true - good luck getting any problems solved if you rent from this company. Also, the beds were cheap and terrible! The bed frame might as well have been a cracker box - very flimsy and rattled every time we turned over. It sounded like the frame was going to break. The accommodations were lacking - not enough towels, toilet paper was cheap, no starter detergent pack for washer, no extra paper towels, no ice maker, not enough extra blankets, TV sucked, no coffee starter pack. I will never rent from this co.again! Hopefully VRBO will make things right - waiting to see if they step up? Definitely “not as advertised”.
