Tar Landing Villas boasts a swimming pool, kiddie pool, and clubhouse. Offering excellent ocean and sound views. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your three private furnished decks!
Community Amenities Include: Gated Community, Community Pool, Kiddie Pool, Basketball Court, Grill Facility, Outdoor Showers, Wireless Internet at Club House, Walkway to the Beach. Seasonal pool is typically available mid-May to mid-October. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Please Note: Even though this is a keyless rental, guest must check in at the AB office to receive check-in packet with required parking passes. ONLY 2 CARs/PARKING PASSES PERMITTED!
