Relax with your whole family/friends in this peaceful home in Chico, California. Enjoy the pergola while gazing out at the swimming pool. How about a fun afternoon of barbecuing, swimming and enjoying Chico’s sunny weather. The kitchen has brand new appliances, family style kitchen table (seats 6), with dishes, silverware and utensils. The Space:
You have 3 bedrooms that sleep 6, king bed, queen bed and a full and twin bunk beds, closets in each room with luggage racks. All sheets are dry cleaned for your comfort. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom including central heating & air throughout the home. Living Room has brand new couches with Roku TV. The bathroom is updated and modern with additional 1/2 bath. The full laundry (soap provided) includes washer & dryer. The full kitchen with brand new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig) drip & K-Cups, dining table that seats 6. Outside you have a patio with covered pergola and outside patio table (seats 6) with extra chairs including chaise lounges for lounging. The large swimming pool with inflatables for you to enjoy your swim time. Also included is a 4-person jacuzzi that is great for relaxing. Also included is a pool house/game room which includes another full bathroom with tub/shower and commode and games that include, darts, PacMan arcade, Genga and cards for your enjoyment. There is also another bar included in the game room with amenities such as glassware, ice bucket, etc. This lovely home is located by Bidwell Park, close to downtown, walking distance to breakfast restaurant’s, shopping, post office and stores.
