Encantada Resort offers 2 outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a jogging track around the lake. The pool-side loungers offer a comfortable place for you to soak up the sun. When you need to cool off, jump right into the pool. Tired, achy muscles could do with a soak in the Jacuzzi too. You'll also love the clubhouse where you'll find Romy's for your dining needs and a café bar runs from 10am-10pm for beer, wine, sodas, and light snacks. If you need anything, you can get it 24 hours a day with an open reception area and welcoming staff. Get free Wi-Fi, let the kids enjoy the game room, play pool, enjoy the playground, or go for a jog around the lake, complete with pier and catch-and-release fishing."

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom, items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required cleaning or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
