Very clean townhouse

This property is nice because it is just a short walk to the convention center! The kitchen had everything we needed, including olive oil and key spices. The beds are very comfortable!

Great weekend getaway!

David's place was perfect for our weekend meetup of old college friends. The place was plenty spacious for our group of four and exactly as advertised. Very walkable to several bars, restaurants, and Minute Maid Park. The check-in process was seamless and communication was great. We had a super weekend and would definitely recommend! Note that there are lots of stairs, so I would not recommend this property to anyone with mobility limitations.

Great Houston stay before cruise

This location was fantastic for our stay, we picked to be walking distance to an Astros game. My 6 year old son and 73 year old mother were fine to walk the .7 miles to the 7:30pm game, even in late August, as it's mostly shaded and flat. There were many stairs as 4 stories and high ceilings, but totally fine for the whole family and led to a great view from an awesome rooftop area. Owner was very helpful for info and responsiveness. Def book this if available!

Houston Quilt Show

This property is very nice. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of dishes. The roof top deck is relaxing with a nice view of downtown skyline. We had a wonderful time. Do remember this is a 3 story building and there are a lot of stairs but I would highly recommend it.

Perfect stay for Minute Maid Weeknd

David is a fantastic host! The property is within walking distance of Minute Maid Stadium and downtown eateries and bars. Bedrooms have nice firm mattresses and all have attached bathrooms. We had beautiful weather to enjoy the rooftop deck. Please note, that you must be fit to walk flights of stairs as this condo is four stories. Also, there was no blow dryer, so pack a travel one. Coffee lovers rejoice as you have a K cup and drip option with starter supplies as well—a very nice touch. I would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Convenient location, great accommodation

We came to attend an MLS game and found this property to be perfectly located, a short walk from the Shell Energy Stadium. Minute Maid is just a little further, also easily accessible. The accommodations were exceptional. The beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The house itself is very nice, amazing kitchen, well preserved wood floors, nice carpet upstairs. No shoes in the house are words we live by, so I respect that attention to maintaining a nice space. Communication with the host was perfect. The previous reviews mention the stairs. The high ceilings make for taller stairs, so if you are not healthy or active enough for stairs, think about another opportunity.

family trip

family traveled to houston to attend mock trials at courthouse -- the townhouse was very close and eating places were convenient -- the unit was very well done and clean -- the surrounding homes were equally nice and well kept -- downtown houston can be scary -- this felt comfortable -- all recently redone and maintained -- will stay again if available

Great Place to Stay!

This was a really nice place. Neat, clean and comfortable. Everyone comented on how well they slept in the beds. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. We will attempt to stay again any time we are in Houston.

Great Location

This rental has everything you need - fully stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies, plenty of space in all of the bedrooms and outdoor space. We were able to walk to our concert at Minute Maid with 0 safety issues. There was plenty of room for our pack and play in two of the bedrooms and the stairs were well spaced and felt very safe. Parking was never an issue and David had a full list of instructions for anything and everything we needed to use on site. We’ll definitely be staying here any time we need a place in the area!

Needed bigger space for friends coming in town - Found It!

My college roommates were coming to town (34 years later, we were NOT looking for a party house but adult appropriate place) and this home was perfect. Clean, well appointed, close to everything, ample street parking. Nice communal spaces, comfortable beds and great showers! One particularly light sleeper heard the trains, but no one else did. So if that may bother you, pack ear plugs… But I am a light sleeper myself and didn’t notice it at all. Thank you David!
