The space
Master Bedroom: King Size Bed, 65” QLED Roku Smart TV and large walk-in closet with 2 luggage racks. Master bedroom has designer ceiling fan, black out designer shades, and recessed lights on dimmer. Amenities: Iron board, iron, Children's Pack & Play and High Chair in master closet.

Bedroom 2: Two Full Size Beds, Closet, and 2 luggage racks. Bedroom 2 has designer ceiling fan, black out designer shades, and recessed lights on dimmer.

Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor Loft (set up as 3rd bedroom), King Size Bed, 65” QLED Roku Smart TV and table to work remote and 2 luggage racks. Bedroom 3 has stunning mountain views overlooking Santa Rosa Mountains and recessed lights on dimmer.

Master Bathroom: The private, en suite bathroom features a stunning upgraded tile backsplash and flooring with custom glass shower door and double vanity sinks. Amenities include: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and towel sets are provided. Starter set of toilet paper is provided.

Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with Shower/Tub. Amenities include: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer. Starter set of toilet paper is provided.

Kitchen: Designer tile backsplash, quartz countertop, kitchen island with 3 bar stools, new stainless steel appliance including gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, electric kettle, rice cooker, 4 bread/bagel toaster, high-quality cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, flatware, etc. KIDS: children’s cups, plates, and utensils are provided. Amenities include: starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges, dishwasher pod, and trash bags.

Coffee/Tea Setup: Keurig K-Duo Plus Coffee Maker with Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Brewer (starter K-Cup and ground coffee provided), Nespresso Machine (pod not provided), coffee bean grinder, and electric tea kettle (starter tea provided).

Dining: Table for 6. KIDS: high chair is provided.

Included with your vacation home: The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Free parking for 2 in the garage and street parking where allowed.

Garage: EV Charger NEMA 14-50 charging outlet (bring your own charger for level 2).

Outdoor Area: Patio seating area and corn hole game area.

Wagon stroller to take to the community area for BBQ or swimming or toys around.

Community Area: You have access to the community pool, spa, showers, lockers, bathroom, club house, outdoor living, BBQ area, fireplace, fitness center, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. (Key fob in the home). Please check the hours posted at the door.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and private front/side yard.

*There are a few locked cabinets in the laundry and kitchen area for our vrbo supplies.

Access to your home: Guests will have 24 hour contact-less keyless entry system for self check in and out. The key code changes every reservation and will be issued prior to arrival for faster and easier vacation. PGA West is a gated community with 24 hours security. Guests will need to provide the names of drivers 1 day prior to arrival for gate registration. The maximum number of cars allowed in PGA West Signature is 3 per reservation.

*You may park in the 2 car garage, and/or use one of the several guest parking spaces on Signature Way and Royal Oaks Way.

Other things to note

NOTES: This home is brand new and is in the new Signature community at the PGA West. This home is equipped with security cameras for your security and protection near the entry points to the house. There is NO electronic video surveillance monitoring INSIDE of the house.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the Mountains/Desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
