Epic Tides is a single family home in a resort gated beachside community. The home is 3 stories tall, includes parking for 4 and a fenced backyard to include a covered patio. The first floor houses the kitchen, dining, living, half bath, and laundry room spaces. There is a 4 inch step up into the front doorway. The second story includes 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, massive heated and cooled walk in closet, balcony, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, tiled shower, and private water closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 mirror each other both with king beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are adjoined with a Jack & Jill bathroom. It includes dual sinks, a separate shower/tub and toilet room. The third story includes a massive bunk room. You will find four twin size custom built in bunks, a sectional sofa that pulls out to the perfect lounge, and a large en-suite bathroom to include dual sinks, large tiled shower, and separate water closet. Outback you will find a covered patio with seating, dining table, gas fire pit, and room for play.
