Paradise awaits at this beautiful home away from home located in Groveland! This spacious and bright retreat is the ideal destination for a memorable getaway with friends and family. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of Groveland, our home offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You will be in a peaceful area with deer and abundant wildlife and only 23 miles away from Yosemite. In addition to a prime location, you are also granted access to PML community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, a tennis court, and a game room. There are three beaches: The Marina, Lake Lodge, and Dunn Court. You can swim inside the designated areas only.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully designed interior featuring modern amenities and stylish decor. Spread out comfortably in the sunny living area, featuring gorgeous sofas and splendid mountain views through wall-to-wall windows. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace and unwind with your loved ones as you play any of the provided board games or stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. There is a beautiful balcony off of the living area, offering plenty of seating where you can bask in the glorious California sunshine.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your culinary creations at the convenient breakfast bar, or gather around the spacious dining area for a memorable feast. Right next to the dining area is a convenient wood stove should you feel cold while enjoying your feast. Relaxation awaits you on the extensive deck, where you can fire up the gas grill for a delightful outdoor barbecue, or simply relax with your loved ones. When it comes to indoor entertainment, the home also enjoys a small lofted area with a Donkey Kong arcade machine. The primary suite enjoys access to the deck and a gorgeous en suite bath with a soaking tub.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
