Denna unika fyra sovrum, erbjuder två vardagsrum, två kök och två badrum charmiga fritidshus allt en utökad familj eller vänner som reser tillsammans kan önska. Den översta våningen har vacker kust räckvidd utsikt från övervåningen expansiva däck utanför köket. Båda enheterna ger en avkopplande atmosfär med nya trä laminatgolv i hela, nya köksluckor och vitvaror, nytt kakel i badrummen, nymålade väggar och bekväma möbler med en nautisk tema. Separata ingångar till varje enhet intimt dela avskildhet i en trädgård innergård och uteplats i anslutning till en sluten gård stor nog för alla att njuta. Det är bara en två minuters promenad ner vår körfält till ett av de vackraste liv bevakade stränderna i Kalifornien.

Vårt fritidshus erbjuder två bil garage plus extra parkering. I garaget, kan du lagra dina cyklar, surfbrädor och styrelser boogie. Vi kommer att ge de leksaker sand, parasoller och några stolar.

Could not of been better.

It was an easy check-in and the place was perfect for a family outing. The neighborhood was outstanding and the neighbors were awesome. If you have the opportunity to stay in Ventura Beach I would definitely choose this location.

Family gathering

Such a great spot for family’s traveling together. Each having their own kitchen and a couple of bedrooms/bathrooms was great! Backyard was great for running around for kids and lots of seating options for adults! Low key/low maintenance place! Walking distance from some great local places.

perfect family getaway

everything about our stay was perfect! The location and the deck were our favorites and we had everything we needed to entertain our twins! The sand pit was a big hit and the beautifully landscaped yard were an added special touch. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway! Close to Beach, everything was great

Check in was easy and smooth, and the place was clean. Kinda no frills, which was nice because we pack heavy and it makes it easy to round up our stuff without it getting lost in a bunch of clutter.

Perfect location, so comfortable stay

My sister and I stayed here with our 4 kids and it was exactly what we needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Steps from a very quiet and beautiful beach and walking distance to many conveniences, including the state beach with a great outdoor food truck-style oyster restaurant. Very close to a cute downtown as well. The house was very clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We all slept very well—even the kids! It had a spacious deck that was great for catching sunrises. Our host was great. Very helpful in answering all our questions and generous with her time. And check out was a breeze. We would absolutely try to stay here again.

Perfect Location

We were in Ventura for a Bridge tournament at the Marriott. This property location was wonderful because we could walk to the hotel & also be close to the beach. We were very pleased with the supplies and cookware provided.

Awesome Location

This place was perfect for our family since there were two separate units. It's just a short block from the beach and walking distance to shops and eateries, as well as an easy hike to the pier. It's in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Our host was responsive and communicative. Definitely would come back.

Just WOW!

This stay was amazing! The units were perfect for multiple families. We flew in from GA and stayed on the bottom and my brothers family flew in from CO and they stayed on the top. It was the perfect set up for having two families (from different time zones) stay together. Both kitchens were fully stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and bedding provided. There were beach chairs, toys, a cooler and other items for the beach provided as well! The kids loved playing in the sand pit in the backyard and there was ample hang out space for the adults. The units are bigger than pictures lead them to be and that was a wonderful surprise! The couch on the lower unit is a pull out! The beach is a very short walk down the street. Our 4 year old carried his own stuff and had no issues. There are restaurants and stores a block away, making this property perfect for a family vacation. Communication with the owner was super easy and she even helped us with a tiny problem at the beginning of our stay! If we ever have to come back for a family gathering THIS will be the property we book! Recommend 1000%

Perfectly situated.

This was an excellent venue for a family reunion. It was close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The listing provided a private getaway that was enjoyed by the youths as well as the adults. Definitely would recommend.

Two family stay

This is a great location for two families--enough room for together time, and then privacy for both. The property is older but clean and comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of parking for a sea side location.
