The house had everything we needed for our beach vacation but was not cleaned thoroughly and had a funky smell. We understand pets are allowed but there was a very strong smell in the house. The playground outback was broken as well.

The house was pretty clean but needed some upgrades. The backyard and porch going around the house needed a lot of work. However, the owners supplied the house with just about everything you need and then some. The bedrooms offer a lot of space, and the bathrooms are modern and well taken care of. The upstairs bedroom has a computer, but I was not able to get on. Our family all had a great time, and the house is located very close to everything. Several pools are convenient to drive to, and we were able to go fishing and crabbing about a mile away. The driveway is pretty narrow for 2 cars, but we managed. All in all, not many complaints, but as mentioned, it needs a little work.

Great vacation

The house was perfect for our stay. Having the stand up paddle boards was a huge plus for our teenagers. Sara and Patrick were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Property was wonderful from the cleanliness to the children’s toys, games, bikes etc. only 15 minutes from the beach was the perfect drive!

This property is both kid- and pet-friendly. Communication with host was great. And the location is great as well, as you are close to Ocean City but far enough to have quiet time after a long day in town and at the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

The property has everything that you need, all the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect to go anywhere you want down there whether it be Berlin, Ocean City, Salisbury. host was very attentive to anything that we needed.

Ocean City Weekend Getaway

This property was a fantastic find for my family's weekend getaway. The house had everything we needed. The location was great. The host was wonderful with communication and ideas for places to go. I would stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Perfect house for small pets and kids

House rules were simple and easy to follow. The cats loved the sunroom and the girls loved the triple bunk bed. The house is perfectly setup for family gatherings and personal time. Thanks for having us!

Peaceful and Comfy

We had a very comfortable relaxing. Stay perfect. If you want to take your pets and the neighborhood is super nice, lots to do around the area. You also have the beach 15 minutes away. Can't complain about anything. Everything was available. The owner seems super relaxed and super nice. Very attentive to your needs. It's a five in my book and a must stay again

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Sara's home. It was a wonderful week. Our daughter and her family stayed with us and the house was perfect. It is well stocked with everything and then some. Check in was a breeze and the house was so clean. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our two granddaughters loved it. Sara is a thoughtful and caring host.

Quiet and Peaceful

Lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood! The owners went all out in supplying just about every amenity you need! They checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything. We enjoyed going to Sunfest for 2 days in Ocean City. We had great family time with my daughter, son-in-law and 10 year old granddaughter. Thanks again Sara for everything!

Perfect vacation

Overall, very happy with the place. Inside the house is clean and beds are comfortable. As mentioned in the listed, you got all you need at the house. Outside deck and fire area needs little cleaning. We did not use anyway. Again we had fun and very happy with the place. About 30 mins to Assateague island, 15mins to the beach.. it was easy to connect with the owners and receives quick and prompt response, we wanted to check in little early and no problem with that. Ambience around the house and the neighborhood is priceless… perfect for any family.

The house was dirty and it felt like the family that owned the house left for a week to return after we left. Stuff was everywhere, someone's suitcase was upstairs half under the bed with clothes hanging out. There were clothes and personal belongings in the drawers, shower still had soap and shampoo bottles. It should be cleared of all that so we have room for our stuff, it was weird. Fridge has so much crap in it we had hardly any room for stuff. The house was not cleaned between rentals and the cleaning crew came for less than a hour, how can you clean a house that fast? We spent Saturday night cleaning and the better part of Sunday cleaning the outside areas, deck, driveway and front yard area of all the tree debris so it was comfortable for the stay. There was a nice tabletop grill that worked but the grill that had the propane bottle did not work, one burner lit but didn't feel safe to use it to cook food, it's deteriorating and nasty. Shed was a mess, stuff thrown in a pile couldn't walk in there at first had to straighten that up to to see what we could use for the beach. On a good note, great location and nice quiet neighborhood which is what we were looking for.

Property is fully equipped for all vacation needs. Close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only downside was the yard but living in the 'Pines' I guess that's expected.
