Beautiful property and incredible hosts. The communication, responsiveness, and thoughtful details were top notch! We had 5 teenage boys who took over the finished garage space and enjoyed the dock fishing and pool/hot tub options. Everything immaculate and kitchen space was very accommodating for a large gathering. We dined out at the Fat Snook and walked to Florida’s Fresh Grille and both were great. Captain Cole at Southern Mayhem charters gave the boys a fruitful off-shore day bringing in the max allowed snapper. T’was a great fall break all around!

Had a great stay even though the weather didn't cooperate. Easy drive to the beach and parking was free at the park. Would definitely stay again property was gorgeous. Back yard was beautiful and saw manatees and caught some fish off the dock.

My family has stayed at dozens of rental houses all around Florida and this property was the cleanest and most equip. From kitchen utensils to pool floats and kayaks this host has it down to a science and it really helped us enjoy our stay at this home. Communication and the check in process were seamless and everything went very smooth. Would recommend this property and wish this host owned every property we ever stay at. Thank you for your attention to every single detail needed to be a top notch host!

We had an amazing time. The house was fantastic. We loved the kitchen which was so spacious and we loved the backyard, pool and lake view. It was the perfect place to spend time with our family. The property is close to everything. My nephew learned how to surf on the beach close to the house (they said he was a natural :), I would definitely recommend it if you have teenagers. We even got to see the spacex rocket launch from the backyard. The host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely rent from this host again.

This home was just beautiful. We were only a party of 5, it could have slept many more. Nice layout, fantastic location, great kitchen/dining/living space, beautiful views, heated pool and hot tub. We could not have had a better place to stay. It was just perfect.

Family time

This home was so beautiful and our whole family was able to enjoy being together. The pool and the back yard area was so beautiful and gave us so much space to enjoy. We will definitely come again!

Peaceful home

We came down for business and fun at the same time. We had business in Orlando for a couple of days and then came home for a little bit of relaxation and fun in the pool. We loved the home. It was comfortable and clean and had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had and checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The Cocoa Experience

For seven years, we’ve vacationed mostly on Florida’s Gulf Coast—Marco Island, Anna Maria, Siesta Key, Marathon, and Miami. This year marked our first long stay on the Atlantic side. It was delightful. The home we chose was a bit older but had been tastefully renovated for a larger group. With six family members, all over 25, we found ample sleeping quarters, a dedicated game room, and spacious kitchen and living areas—perfect for gathering or enjoying solitude. Outside, a tropical oasis awaited: mature plants framed a large pool, Jacuzzi, private seating, and deck space, complete with an outdoor TV for March Madness and a fire pit for cozy nights. Among the many homes we’ve stayed in, this one shines as the best. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone seeking a true vacation escape.

Little paradise

The house and garden was immaculate. Just as on the pictures. The location is also perfect if you don’t mind a 12 minute walk to the beach in exchange you can stay right by the water. On the way to the beach there is an amazing ice cream shop so the kids gladly took a walk any time. Publix is also a short walk away. We enjoyed the pool table and the kayaking in the canal. It was also fun to bike in the neighborhood. We also had a perfect view from the dock for the rocket launch. The outdoor area is perfectly set up. The pool is great! I highly suggest in the winter months to pay for heated pool. The kids did not care about rain or wind as long as they could jump in the water. The hot tub is also adding to perfection. Thank you for letting us enyoy this piece of paradise!

We had a great stay, the house is very nice, and a great location. The house had everything we needed, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. Our son loved watching the World Cup on the outdoor TV from the pool, and then seeing manatees swimming by!
