Great beach rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great views comfortable furnishings good kitchen and laundry equipment beach lounges and umbrella make this a n enjoyable place. Location is perfect as the area is not huge high rises making the beach uncrowded. The place could use an upgrade to the carpet but certainly not a deal breaker.

Spectacular!

This was the best condo we have stayed at! The view was beautiful, just like the pictures! It was very spacious, check in and and check out was so easy! The pool was clean and clear! We will definitely be back!

Okaloosa vacation!!

Loved the natural sand dunes, gave us a feeling of what the beaches were like before condos. Our favorite part was use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. Made us stay and enjoy the beach longer. Saw Dolphins every day! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Made check in easy. Recommending to all our friends and family as a must visit!!

Reviewer Comments: While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Reviewer Comments: we really enjoyed our stay and the condo met all our needs perfectly!!! bedroom separation was perfect also. loved being able to sit on balcony each morning.the only issue we had was due to all the rain from Hurricane Nate; water started coming in at the balcony entrance to the living room, but that's about it. may want to check that out, otherwise, we loved it and will definitely look into staying there next time we decide to vacation in that area.

Favorite beach in Fl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was beneath our unit (3rd floor) and other renters were using the pool until 2:00am. They were very loud and played the music loud. The children were screaming and laughing. Very inconsiderate. I thought pool closed at 10:00pm. The place was clean and basically kept up. The view was fantastic, though!
