Välkommen till Villa Blanca Pajaro, perfekt för en avkopplande semester med omedelbara urbana bekvämligheter, bra beläget bara två kvarter från University of Arizona, inom en kilometer från University Medical Center, nära Gem Show arenor, och nära till allt i centrala Tucson. Detta charmiga 1920-talet bungalow hem ligger i Sam Hughes, en National Historic Neighborhood, har nyligen kärleksfullt uppdaterats, är ljusa, rymliga och mycket bekvämt.

Denna fullt utrustade historiska hem har ett komplett kök med en gourmet rostfri intervall, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, alla redskap och rätter. Matsalen har plats för fyra, och ståtar med vackra möbler. Alla verktyg ingår; även kabel-tv och hög hastighet wi-fi internet! Det finns en 42 tums platt-tv i vardagsrummet och en 32 tums Smart TV i sovrummet, en HE tvättmaskin / torktumlare, och en underbart charmig vintage badrum - komplett med lyxiga sängkläder. Villa Blanca sover två personer bekvämt (upp till fyra personer) med ett sovrum som sover två (King size-säng) och ett halvt sovrum som rymmer upp till två gäster på en tvilling rulla säng.
Med den underbara vädret som finns i Tucson, kan den stora bakre uteplatsen fördubblas som en annan vardagsrum, matsal och kök med bekväma utemöbler och en vacker rostfritt grill.
Lokal vegetation är perfekt för att njuta av fåglar och fjärilar medan du smuttar på ditt morgondryck.

Mother/daughter weekend

My 5 yo daughter and I stayed at the house for a wedding and had a fabulous time! The house was comfortable, with lots of well thought out welcoming touches. The host even laid out desert children's books and stuffed animals! If we're ever back in Tucson, we'd love to stay again!

Pot of Gold

Arriving at Villa Blanca on 3/17, confirmed to us that we had found the pot of gold! Erica's communication was timely and thorough. Her home is warm, cozy and inviting. It is located in a wonderful, historic area walking distance to the university. If you are looking for Old Pueblo charm enhanced with modern conveniences, Villa Blanca is the place.

University of Arizona move

This house was perfect for our trip to Tucson. Impeccably clean and artfully decorated- this adorable 1.5 bedroom home was conveniently located 2 blocks from University of Arizona. Erika provided a wonderful welcome gift basket for us and information about the local eateries, sights etc. The personal touches throughout the house made our journey to drop our oldest off at college an easy and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son. I highly recommend this gem of a home!

Delightful Space

Well thought out charming space. Had everything we needed including nice touches like robes and extra towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Host has put a lot of effort into this home and it shows. We will be back.

A Wonderful Stay

Villa Blanca Pajaro had all the amenities of home including luxury towels, bedding and throws. It was a very comfortable stay in a great area within walking distance to campus, Flora’s Market, Borderlands Brew Pub and so much more. I will be back again.

Perfect weekend get-a-way!

Really enjoyed our stay, amenities and location for a college campus tour of UofA. The space is very comfortable and feels like home. Just a short walk to the University. I would totally stay here again should my son commit.

Such a cute place

Growing up right here in Tucson, on this very property, I felt compelled to name my cherished bungalow in homage to my mother, my family, and the rich heritage of this house. Thus, Villa Blanca was born, a nod to the "white house" where childhood memories were made. When I'm in Tucson, you might catch me landscaping, tending to mesquite trees, Peruvian apple cacti, or native willows on my properties, including Villa Blanca Pajaro and others.

Cooking has always been a joy for me – I love entertaining loved ones and orchestrating social gatherings. I'm eager to extend that hospitality to you during your time in Tucson!

Varför värden valde detta boende

During the 1960s, my parents were tenants of the carriage house while pursuing their studies at the University of Arizona. Serendipitously, they stumbled upon an ad in the newspaper listing Villa Blanca Pajaro for sale. Astonishingly, it happened to be our landlords who cherished my parents and favored them over another prospective buyer. With the generous assistance of my grandmother for a down payment, my parents transitioned to the front house and raised my sisters and me there. In 2010, Villa Blanca Pajaro transitioned through the generations, from my grandmother to my mother and sister, before coming into my possession. Now, I'm thrilled to share it with you as Villa Blanca Pajaro.

From festive Christmas trees to playful Easter bunnies, from cozy Thanksgiving dinners to lazy afternoons watching Sesame Street on the living room floor, and from carefree cartwheels in the front yard to shared giggles with friends, this home has witnessed it all. It's been the starting point for walks to school, the backdrop for breakfasts at Rincon (now Flora's) Market, and the launchpad for bicycling adventures to the University of Arizona.
