A relaxing retreat for any season awaits at this rustic tiny house cottage. Nestled on a scenic, 65-acre property - complete with an extensive network of horse and snowmobile trails to explore - this cozy home is the perfect choice for anything from a romantic escape or a solo getaway. A mighty wood stove keeps the whole home warm and toasty through even the coldest winter weather, while modern amenities like a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and electricity provide all the convenience and peace of mind that only 21st-century living can provide. A compact kitchen is equipped for home cooking. The lodge is also just a short drive from the charming Village of Woodstock along with seasonal resort recreation at Killington and Okemo. The on-site trails also connect to the VAST snowmobile trail system.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
