Fly till en av de vackraste städerna i Amerika. Gör din semester en lugn besök i en kvintessensen, charmig lägenhet nära till allt. Vi erbjuder en idealisk semester hyra: ett sovrum logg lägenhet i skogen inom gångavstånd från Woodstock centrum.

Semestern hyra lägenhet är 900 kvadratmeter och rymmer upp till 4 personer, 2 på en ny drottning bäddsoffa med tempurpedic madrass. Det finns ett separat sovrum med dubbelsäng. Hela köket öppnar till det stora vardagsrummet med katedralen tak. Full storlek apparater inkluderar en helt ny rostfri kyl, spis, ugn, diskmaskin och både en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Njut kabel, platt-TV och trådlöst internet (WiFi). Vi tillåter inte rökning eller husdjur.

Lägenheten är en kort, 1/4-mile promenad till hjärtat av byn. Vi har underbara affärer, ett vackert bibliotek, flera täckta broar, många högt rankade restauranger och en nationalpark.

Lovely unit just a short walk to the center of town. Had everything we needed for a wonderful few days... TV, internet, appliances, room for our bikes, pretty garden views, clean. Great location from which you can explore the Upper Valley area. Looking forward to returning!

Chillin’ in Woodstock

Very comfortable apartment over the garage with a view of the hills. Convenient to downtown Woodstock and a short drive to Quechee Gorge. Plenty of really good restaurants from which to choose. Just ask Bob! He was very helpful and easy to communicate with during our stay. Just bring food and some libations. Nothing more needed.

Log cabin in the woods of Woodstock

This log cabin garage apartment in the “Woods of Woodstock” is surrounded by a lush forest. The yard was manicured with beautiful flowers. The apartment is actually larger than the pictures indicate. It was spotlessly clean and the tempur pedic mattress was very comfortable. Bob and Sherry, the host, made sure the AC was properly cooling the apartment in the extreme heat that was occurring during my visit. I now have a new “home away from home” when I come to visit my family in Vermont.

Wonderful place

So convenient to downtown Woodstock. It had everything we needed. Host was available for any questions, and also gave us our space. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in the Woodstock area of Vermont.

Nice weekend getaway in the village of Woodstock

We've stayed at Bob's place before and enjoyed our stay here again. Close to all the restaurants and shops, comfortable, quiet. Bob provided sone great recommendations once again for things to do, places to go. Will definitely book again if we have the chance.

Lovely location.

The property is in a great location and within easy reach of the town and facilities. However, the property is a little tired and in need of some updating. The shower was broken and needed fixing, awkward to use but when working was a good shower. The bedding needed renewing as old and shabby. The oven was dirty on arrival. With these little things sorted it would be a great stay and we we go again if needed. The owner was in touch via email and was very helpful.

Excellent Log cabin apartment

The property was beautiful. We just had a 10 inch snowfall. The surroundings were gorgeous with the snow. Easy trip over to Killington. Great x country skiing at golf course. Would have loved to hike the trails above town. Maybe next time. Town was quaint

Convenient and close to town destinations...

A nice quite location and a property that is well-suited to a couple's get-away. In warmer weather it would be a pleasant stroll into town (not so much after winter begins its grip on Woodstock and the Prospect Street hill).

Fall weekend in Woodstock

This property is conveniently located just out of downtown. We were happy to find this nice, new apartment with all the amenities. We ate in and found the kitchen well stocked, but restaurants were a short walk away. Great find!

Winter break ski trip

Very nice large property. Location is great. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We stayed to ski in Killington 20 minutes away. Town is very cute with many options to eat in or out. Bedroom is very big with decent bed. I would not recommend to sleep on a sofa couch for adults, it might be ok for kids.

Woodstock Apartment

Lovely upstairs apartment situated on a hill about a 10 minute walk to town. Wooded and garden views, peaceful environment and easy access to surrounding areas by car. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi and great cable!! Helpful local maps and magazines. We will be back!

Cozy apartment

I stayed here for two nights while taking a photography workshop in Woodstock. It was perfect for my needs. It's an apartment above the garage adjacent to the main home. It was private, clean, quiet and relaxing. It's less than a mile to Woodstock center - although it does involve navigating a big hill. The hosts were great, too.

Quick visit to Woodstock, VT

Stayed here for a few nights of Memorial Weekend. Unit was clean and actually larger than the photos. The town of Woodstock is within walking distance of the unit. Had no problems and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks.

Phenomenal Stay

Bob and Sherrys place was the perfect place to stay in Woodstock! My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old, Bob was kind enough to set up a baby gate for us that was a huge help! The house is immaculate and has the best location. Bob gave us some helpful tips to get around town easier! They couldn’t have been more helpful! Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family with small kids

Having come to Woodstock for years, this was our first time staying in a VRBO. Bob's place was perfect for our little family. With a 2.5 yo and a 4 mo. old it was a perfect amount of space and Bob was completely accommodating. He even set up a high chair for us at the table before we arrived and left a pack n play. The VERY large closet acted as the toddler's bedroom and the infant shared the bedroom with us and everyone got a great nights sleep. Bob was very communicative, offered great recommendations, and even dusted off his sleds for the kids. We can not recommend these hosts enough and would definitely come visit again.

Nice Apartment

We just stayed at the apartment and found it to be equipped with everything you need. The apartment was very clean and cozy. You can walk to town but you have to walk up or down a large hill. In the winter with no sidewalk we thought this was dangerous so we always drove into town. If I was staying for a long time I would stay in this apartment but for a short stay I would stay closer in town.

Charming hosts at a very comfortable property

Bob and Sherry were absolutely charming, and made staying at their woodsy apartment, a joy. The apartment has its own entrance next to the garage, and after climbing about 12 steps, everything is located on the second floor. There is sufficient separation between their house and the apartment for complete quiet and a felling of independence. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Amongst the books left on the small table next to the couch was a book entitled "Mud Season." It is a great read for anyone who has ever dreamed of moving to Vermont full time. All the appliances in the apartment worked will, and there was more than enough storage for settling in and pretending this was my new home in Woodstock, Vermont, my happy place!

Great place, clean spacious and conveniently located near town (1/2 mile, we didn’t walk it because of bad hip and knees, our issue not house! ). Would definitely stay again

We moved to Woodstock 43 years ago, attracted by its beauty and so many cultural and sporting opportunities in the immediate area. For a semi-rural area, we have all the entertainment a city could offer. We've worked in the hospitality industry here for 40 years and can tell you about everything, even where the best foliage is! We'd be pleased to lend advice on where to eat, what to see and what to do in town. We have children and grandchildren and we've explored it all. However, we'll be very unobtrusive if we sense you so desire. In our pseudo-retirement we also maintain other properties, play tennis and teach piano lessons. Our log home was built from the trees on our property, even the cherry railings.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our reviews say it all. Woodstock Vermont is considered one of the most beautiful small towns in the US. The village has wonderful shops, a beautiful library, art galleries, several covered bridges, many highly-rated restaurants and a National Park. Woodstock is also “wireless” – a wifi signal covers much of the area. Woodstock is centrally located in Vermont – close to Dartmouth College, Vermont Law School and the Green Mountain Horse Association. Local ski areas include Suicide Six (10 minutes), Killington (25 minutes), Pico (25 minutes), Ascutney (30 minutes) and Okemo (35 minutes). In season, we also have some of the best cross-country/nordic skiing within the local resort and National Park. We love it here. We lived next door for 40 years and completed this new home in 2009, with the idea of renting out the apartment for others to enjoy. And we specifically had our urban-living children advise us on the layout, appliances and amenities. It is a wonderful escape.
