Relax in your private bedroom/bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood in the small beach town of Morro Bay. You will enjoy privacy in your stay with your own entrance (no access to adjacent house).
The bedroom includes King size bed with airy-beach ambiance and high-end linens.
Listen to the waves from the open windows at night in this quiet neighborhood.
Your private bathroom includes new amenities (shower only/ no bathtub).
Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful ocean or take a five minute drive to the Embarcadero and enjoy delicious local food.
Have a wonderful day walking on the Embarcadero watching families of sea otters, sea lions, and people enjoying water sports (Surfing, boogie boarding, and Stand-up paddle boarding) or take a cruise on the local glass-bottom boat.
Seven minutes of driving north on the beautiful Scenic Coast Highway (Highway1) will get you to the town of Cayucos for dining and walking on the pier.

Andrew and Hilary were awesome hosts. We enjoyed our stay on the Coast. Great location, close to dining, beaches and entertainment. Will stay there again on the next trip.

Peaceful Getaway

The room was nice, clean, bed was very comfortable, and the hosts were great. Hilary was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this host and location for a great stay in Morro Bay!

A Day at the Bay

A beautiful garden room up on a hill. Very clean, private, and quiet. We had a wonderful seafood dinner, and a yummy breakfast at a local bakery, both recommended by the hosts. We also enjoyed the walk to and along The Rock
loved seeing all the birds and sea otters. Would love to come back and stay longer next time.

Comfy Coastal Getaway!

Cozy property on an impressive hillside a short distance from the beach. Great views of the ocean and surrounding area from the neighborhood.The room was perfectly supplied: coffee/tea/cocoa, microwave, and mini fridge/freezer. Big cozy bed with awesome Morro Bay breeze and ocean waves at night.Our hosts were very accommodating to our requests and had great communication. We hope to stay here again when our travels bring us back to the Central Coast.

A perfect retreat

I was in need of respite and could not have made a better choice. The accommodations were perfect (great bed), ideal location, quiet and close to the coast. With the windows open I enjoyed an ocean breeze and the the roll of the ocean for a peaceful sleep. Owners were super!

Nice clean room

The room is exactly as it is listed. It was clean and perfect for our quick overnight passing through. We didn’t arrive til late and left early in the morning but it was great for what we needed. The hosts are very personable and have a lot of little details taken care of.

AWESOME hosts!!!

The Wilkies could not have been more helpful and understanding. I arrived late and they helped me find the place in the dark. Two different varieties of jasmine filled the courtyard and added to the sweetness of the stay. Big comfy bed and bath. Great communicators and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. So glad I chose this place!

Nice room, a mile walk from the rock

This is a nice private master bedroom, clean and nicely done. The hosts were friendly, solicitous, and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This was a nice choice as a place to stay fro the Ironman race. I walked down to the start on race morning, and the hosts offered a place to lock up my bike, and provided a hose and rack from washing our my wetsuit.

Perfect place to stay!

This studio was perfect for the two of us in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Embarcadero and beaches. The space was very clean, well maintained with what felt like new carpet and other new finishes like the shower, bathroom sink etc. The mattress was so comfortable and we slept great. We met our hosts briefly and they were as kind in person as they were when messaging us. They also gave us wonderful recommendations for a local seafood restaurant and bakery. Oh, and the price was better than the local motels which are on main streets downtown with shared walls. We felt very secure and relaxed here. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in the beautiful Morro Bay Area. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. The room was clean a well equipped with everything that we needed. Location is great. Close to the beach and a short distance from downtown.

Our stay at the studio was very relaxing. Hilary and Andrew keep it bright, clean and well stocked with coffees, yummy teas and even hot cocoa. The big windows allowed sunshine in during the day and the refreshing cool breeze in at night. The large king size bed was comfortable and warm. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy on our weekend away. Would definitely recommend!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our hilltop home is located in a quiet neighborhood with opportunities for beautiful views in all directions... At the end of our driveway, you have an unstoppable view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. If you choose to walk (about eight minutes), you will have the opportunity to walk on the beach. If you would like to get fine dining and enjoy our Embarcadero, you can drive a few minutes and enjoy it all!
