Vår vackert renoverade villa med tropisk inredning och 2 Master Suites är en enhet på andra våningen med stora fönster, välvda tak och en balkong med utsikt över en expansiv trädskuggad gräsmatta. Vi är belägna i Richmond Park, Kingston Plantation, en främsta resort i South Carolina. Det finns en strandpromenad som sträcker sig över orten längs en halv mil med den underbara havsstranden.
Det är en kort 7 minuters promenad till havet, förbi färskvatten sjöar på vackra stigar genom trädgårdslandskap.
Djuphavsfiske kan göras utanför Apache Pier, den längsta träpiren på östkusten, som ligger bredvid orten.

Great Condo! Easy walk to the beach and it is close to everything we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. We loved the beach closet. Saved us from having to bring chairs and an umbrella of our own. We would definitely book again.

Property grounds were not as pretty as the photos showed. Also, the beach access was a long walk and so were the pools. Overall, the home was very nice, and we liked how cleaned it was. The owners were responsive and check in was a breeze.

Great stay

We had a great time here. The place was very clean and quite, close to all attractions, short walk to the beach and pool with items included in the stay. The owners were great to work with and I strongly recommend staying here.

2nd stay

This was our second stay and both times have been great. The property is clean owners are responsive and the location is about perfect. I would recommend to anyone and we will probably stay for a 3rd time in the furture.

A lovely get away at a great location! Everything you need in this clean, comfortable condo. We especially loved the book/game/puzzle closet! Short walk to the beach. Would definitely book again!

Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay here! A safe, meticulously kept property, with easy access to all points of interest! Definitely would recommend renting a golf cart to explore all the beauty of the resort!

Great location, and has everything you need for vacation

The villa was very clean and has everything you need for vacation. It includes toiletries, towels, soap, and every conceivable appliance as if you were home. We appreciated that it had the beach stuff you'd need and you literally wouldn't have to bring anything. This is our second year and we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! ❤️

Beautiful grounds/property and this unit has all of the comforts of home. Although there were more bouts of rain than usual during this time of year, which kept us off of the beach more than we would have preferred, my family of three thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay in this villa because we were so comfortable hanging out and relaxing there. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Given the opportunity, we would stay in this unit again.

Lovely condo with all the amenities you'd have in a home. Safe neighborhood and loved that we could walk to restaurants, pools and beach. The only observation would be to sweep the steps and front stoop but other than that we will definitely book this unit again!

October Weekend

Fantastic condo. Very clean and quiet. It was October and the weather could not have been better. The condo is set back away from the beach and high-rise condos at Kingston Plantation, which gives you a break from the crowds and the noise.

Beautiful Clean Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners sent instructions for check in that were so easy to follow. It is in a great location close to shopping and many restaurants and it was less than a beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. There is also plenty of parking if you choose to drive. We love coming to Kingston and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

So Relaxing!

This is our 2nd time renting this property and like our first stay it did not disappoint! Perfect place to just relax when your done with the madness of the crowds at the beach or shopping centers and restaurants. Owners are fantastic to work with and bend over backwards to help should an issue arise. We will be back!

Short getaway

We stayed here for a short getaway during the spring. It was a super nice condo. It was very clean and had everything you could imagine plus some. We had only a short walk to the pool. We did drive and park out car when we went the beach because it was just easier. There were tons spaces available at that time. The beach and property was clean and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We have stayed there several times over the last 10 years. You can guarantee it is spotless every time. The owners have thought of everything, they have high speed internet, cable, on site laundry, spare blankets and sheets clearly marked, games for rainy days, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and anything else you might think of. I told my wife I wish we had a wagon to take to the beach, sure enough, there was one in the beach closet. If I am going to Myrtle Beach and this place is available, it is where I will be.Another thing I should mention is that it is part of Kingston Plantation. The landscaping is beautiful, everything is well maintained and they have every type of amenity you could think of. When you are on the beach, there is no “riffraff”. It is basically all families. We leave our stuff on the beach all day, nothing ever gets bothered. There are lots of kids around for my youngest to play with. You don’t generally have to worry about strange people wondering into that part of the beach, like you would down town. You could go to Kingston Plantation as a vacation and not even care that it is in Myrtle Beach, it is a destination by itself.

Great Myrtle Beach Getaway

This condo is great, well appointed, clean and great for a family or couples. Sandra Lynn was a great host, responding very quickly to any questions. The property is at the back of the Kingston Plantation resort. This means it was quiet, but a little walk to the pool and even further to the beach. This was not a problem as you can drive and park close to the beach or pool if you want. Considering the resort was busy down by the beach area, we appreciated the distance and the quiet where we were located. We would definitely rent again.

Needed getaway

Condo was very nice. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach if you walk the outside loop down. Parking lot north of the Embassy suites a couple lots down between other condo buildings made beach access very easy with the family and all the gear. Only insignificant improvement would be for kitchen to have a larger colander for cooking noodles and pasta. Lovely condo and hosts were very responsive when I messaged with any questions. Would definitely rent again.

A Very Nice Place!

We enjoyed our month break from the Northeast's snow and ice. Kingston Plantation is a quiet piece of Myrtle Beach with easy access (5 minute walk) to the beach and a nice casual vibe all around. The condo has everything you need for an effortless experience. The owners are friendly and accessible if you have a question or need help. There are many amenities available for additional fees as well (spa, fitness, tennis, pickle ball, putting green). Entertainment in the condo could use an upgrade via more current TV technology and access to more cable programming. Plenty of parking available within steps to the condo. Overall, we would certainly re-book this property if Myrtle Beach was on our schedule again.

We are happy to inform you that we had a new 55” Samsung QLED TV installed above the fireplace. It is a state-of-the-art television with high resolution and onscreen apps including Spectrum cable. We are sure it will provide excellent viewing with easy access to apps without the need for peripheral devices such as Roku or Amazon Fire. We have updated our photos to reflect this. We would love to have you stay with us again!
